Winco Cast Iron Steak Weight, 4.25-Inch by 8.25-Inch,Black, Tan,Medium

I have 3 of these steak weights and they have worked well. It's not to heavy that it smashes the juice out the meat. It's not to lite to keep the meat from curling up. Has a wide surface are and the handle does not get to hot to pick it up and move it around. They have not rusted. I hand wash them and dry them off immediately. Very good product.

I wish I would have ordered 2 of them! Does a great job and a great price. Easy to clean perfect weight. I love Amazon!!!

I got this for making smash burgers and for keeping bacon from curling and the weight is great. You’ll need a 12 inch skillet or a griddle to use this press without hitting the sides. Of course you have to season and take care of it like my other cast iron cookware to prevent it from rusting. The only thing I’d change about it is to make the corners more round instead of sharp angles.

Exactly what I wanted, but also order a smaller one because 2 of these won't fit well in a 12" cast iron. This product is nicely made, great quality, and I'm very happy with it. A+.

This is 8 full inches long, so it is too long for an 8 inch skillet. It fits into my 12 inch cast iron skillet well. It is heavy enough to work well. The handle is screwed on, and is wooden, so I hope it does not get loose. So far I am pleased.

It’s cast iron, but doesn’t seem to be cured well, so rusts easily and then is very hard to clean. I can’t oil it up and bake it to cure because it has a wooden handle. I hate to use it because it’s too much work.
