Product was used. Sound was so bad.
Bought 2 of these. Both were used. There were scratches on the case. One wouldn’t pair and the other was so loud even if you set the lowest volume on your phone. Cheap plastic and cheap parts. Charging case was light and led is always blue even if you only charged it for 5 mins which isn’t enough to fully charge it. I returned both. The sound was tinny and no bass at all. Like a dollar tree earbuds. I didn’t even bother to test drive it for a run.

Ear wax build up in them
Very disappointed. I know that where they are so cheap one might think that you would revive a product that Diane have a disgusting amount of ear wax in them and what I can only assume is bread crumbs and what appears to be Jelly (I really hope it’s not blood!). Disappointed, and disturbed.

What was this?
Received a charging case that looked like it was reused (adhesive residue & slight scratch marks) & the actual headphones were not as shown (pictures showed touch-sensor controls while actual product had a button) Returning item. Very disappointed.

Great Sound, however very sensitive
The ear buds have great sound, however, they are very sensitive to the touch. If you touch them while in your ears, they may pause. I also lost one, because I did not realize it fell out of my ear.

Really disgusting
I mean I won't even touch it. The box is unsealed. Looks dirty.scratches on case. I'm afraid to open it. It was definitely used.

Not worth it
They literally don’t work after charging for hours, and look absolutely nothing like they are supposed to. Only 10$ but at least be upfront with the looks and don’t make them look better than they are. Would give a 0 star if I could.

Very good product thank you
They're just what I needed they fit just right and don't slip out my ears the sound could be louder and they need a app to adjust the sound but all in all this is a good product
