Best Soccer Cleat Insole for Shin Splints (High Arches)
My 14 year old son has played club soccer for 7 years. He currently trains and/or plays games 5-7 days/week. He has really high arches with significant pronation, so I bought him some inexpensive ($10-12) insoles. He developed pretty bad shin splints, which I read is a biomechanical problem in people that have been training for awhile. He had been wearing KT tape that occasionally helped a little. He was taking ibuprofen or naproxen prior to every session and icing after session, but he was still in pretty bad pain. I researched online and found these insoles highly recommended, particularly for soccer cleats. OH MY GOODNESS! He had a 2-a-day yesterday. The first training, old insoles = pain. The second training with these new insoles = NO PAIN. His shin splints were resolved! He said, "Mom! They didn't even hurt at all!" Today he played in a game and still had complete relief from his shin splints. I cannot recommend these enough! FYI, he wears Mens Size 9, so we bought the large (based on sizing recommendations). They looked really big, but we trimmed them along the inner trim line, and they fit PERFECT in his size 9 cleats. I will buy these again as his feet grow.

Arch support is great.
My son came back from soccer camp complaining of heel pain......after checking it out his Dr. told us that is very common since most cleats do not offer any arch support and the insoles are not sufficient. I did lots of research and decided on the Currex...very easy to cut and place in the shoe. My son has noticed a big difference in the feel of his shoes and does not complain about heel pain any longer.*Tip, when you cut them to size just cut the top part of the insole and not the sides......with my son's cleats there was no need to trim the sides and it actually made the shoe more comfortable.

Finally, some arch support for cleats.
Soccer cleats tend to have horrible footbeds. While these significantly add to the cost of cleats (especially for kids with growing feet), they have eliminated the foot and ankle pain my son used to get from his cleats after practices and games. We have tried multiple brands and styles of cleats, and footbeds. These were the first we found that were thin enough not to effect the fit of the cleat very much, and provide enough support to make a difference. These were much better for us then the brand with super and feet in the name. Since that brand has a hard piece of plastic from the arch to the heel, they changed the fit of the cleat significantly for my son.

Saved me from knee pain
Coming off of medial meniscus surgery, these completely removed the knee soreness that I felt in my cleats after a match. I don't realize that they're in my cleats, and they haven't added any unnecessary bulk to them. They fit within the sole pattern, so they aren't putting any extra strain on the fabric. They are definitely worth the price if you've got any knee/foot problems while wearing cleats in sports.

After a little trim, they're good...
I'd recommend these if your feet hurt and you're looking for an insole that will fit inside your soccer cleats. I tried wearing these inside my socks!! It worked pretty well for a while, but I sweat too much. If you don't sweat so much you should try it - the insole is thin and form-fits well to the sole of my foot, so pulling a soccer sock up and over my foot-insole combo was not a problem.

Had foot pain, now I don't
Simple as that. I would get some pain in the ball and heels of my foot. The insoles in cleats are super thin, but more importantly, wear out quickly. Upon recommendation, I tried these out and no more pain.

Good in soccer cleats
My daughter has high arches and uses these insoles in her soccer cleats. Other insoles positioned her foot too high and her heels would slide out of the cleats. These insoles seem to work great for her

Helped with heel pain and groin strain
My 11 yr old plays a lot of soccer for a competitive traveling team. The two major concerns that were constant were heel pain and groin pulls, this insert is a genuine game changer, highly recommend.

Made a big difference in the football boot comfort
I ordered these after doing some research and these seemed the best, my son plays high level football and is in his boots up to 16 hours a week, after purchasing him a new pair of ‘expensive’ boots I was surprised when he told me they hurt the soles of his feet, hence why I purchased these inner soles, they have worked instantly, I will be purchasing more in the future.

overpriced and ineffective
I do not often leave review, it has to be pretty bad or pretty awesome. I am not new to the world of insoles, I've needed ones for years and my children have too, including some specialised ones. These do very little and are overpriced for what they are. They are basically a slim insole of the type you get from Sholl at £5 with a plastic arch support but as the rest of the insole is so supple, it is does next to nothing even when you go for the high profile.

Angenehm, gut, robust...
Ich hoffe man versteht was ich sagen will.
