Dont think twice! Save some money without losing quality! BUY THIS LIGHT!!
I'm going to save you money and time... Are you ready? BUY THIS LIGHT!! this thing is so awesome!! I have a rather small enclosure for flowering so they stay pretty close to the plants. Ive been running this light for about a week now and its a huge upgrade from 2 100w quantum boards. No doubt this light can flower out a whole 4x4 tent. The light does an awesome job at dispersing heat. In my tiny enclosure i barely notice a change in temps. I had a bit of a fiasco recieving my light but maxsisun has awesome customer service! They helped me out the whole way through the process. I never lost contact with them and they made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Before spending so much money on a light i wanted to make sure i did my research on it. I contacted them before i bought the light to ask about specifics and they were more then happy to help... Not so much with other light companies. Great customer service goes a long way in my book and i look forward to working with them again. The light is awesome. The customer service is outstanding! The price is more then great! What are you waiting on? Scroll back up and click add to cart!! Thank you maxsisun!!

Put A Couple Mother’s Thru Hell & Bacc
Well I’ve shown more then just a demonstration, ran a test, grew one of my autoflower strains, and put it to the test on this light because I expected nothing but quality for the cost of this light. Yes it gives off heat, but if you’re smart and work smarter and not harder you can use it efficiently and it puts out great LED lighting for females. This an autoflower, 90 day cycle finished before 90 days of course…. Tortured the whore, made her my bitch and she flowered and I made sure she showed her true colors at the end of the day. Don’t mind me, don’t get at me either. Nobody really spends the time to review a product anyways, everyone complains about electronics coming from another country and built to last but actually break. This isn’t the story with this here device. I didn’t even use it on 100% LED lighting it has a dimmer. I ran it 40% and 10% most of the 3 month period. I’ve grown MULTIPLE AUTOS AS WELL. This one particular no training No LST, no trellis, no HST, just organic nutrients from the soil, roots organic mix, great amount of perlite the right temps at all times 75-80 barely drops below 71 in cold temps if anything…. Running experiments like Mad Max ! Keepin it legit runnin cool. Fans blowing on it I’m using the PB4000 jus so you know I ain’t grabbin ya balls and twisting your theories. It’s not the best light but I see it does better then most… especially to good genetics, any other genetics prolly would’ve killed the poor lady due to bad genes, and light intensity which happened to this her female, that actually fattened like a cake, the smoke is minty, sweet and spicy on this phenotype in this grow tent, 4x4 more then enough space maybe I should’ve dropped the cash for spider farms but I would’ve had to make other adjustments and nobody just has money laying around unless your bill gates! Anyways, worth the money, def, I used only water keep it natural conservative, and ready for another job. Also keep in mind autoflowers will continue to make & develope more pistils and trichomes, I wanted to go full amber % on that one particular auto. I’ve made my point and it sounds ignorant but hopefully this was helpful information…. Cheap light build quality ehhh does its job not mad, it was either this or spyder and honestly happy with my purchase because I prefer LED over HPS sorry not sorry. Heat efficient 🥶

Better then most !
Had several lights and tried one of these and was hooked. Tried the spider farmer sf4000 wasnt impressed , tried the sonofarm 4000 was definitely lacking brightness. What i can tell you is this light was worth it. Now i own a total of 5 and will purchase more if they become availible. Soon as i put my girls under her for flower they grow about an additional foot . They stay a nice green healthy color. Buds explode and grow tight with these lights. The build quality is top notch. The aluminum base is way thicker then any other light by about 3 to 4 times. Kts about id say a quarter inch to a half thick . Ill measeure later. The meanwell driver actually is raised of the aluminum over a half inch so it can actually breathe. The cord that attach it are metal and coated with a plastic. Trust me you will love thos light. Enjoy

Decent Light for the price
UPDATE: The unboxing video I had watched was either old or just wrong. Once I went back to it I realized it was not someone who was sponsored or asked to do the video. I have been using the light since I got it. It works pretty well. The only negative things I've seen are HOW hot the ballis gets, and since the drives are mounted to it the heat really has no where to escape too. You definitely can not touch the ballis after it's been on for more than an hour. I do love the fact it uses Samsung LED for a fraction of the cost. They lost 1 start because of the heat, but other than that I would definitely recommend this product. Just in the unboxing of this... There is NO chain to hold it as advertised instead they included plastic hangers. Only a 6 foot power cord for boards that are mounted on the light.... Not at all what we thought we were getting so already not very happy.... Will update after we see how it works.

The only review you need to read!
I bought one of these early in the summer of 2020. I used it to grow tomato and pepper plants and it was amazing. I used it for some other plants and it seemed to stumble. I used Korona light meter phone app and realized that it was too close and the plants were experiencing light stress. Using the meter and ppfd guidelines I had to back the light off a full 10” to get the advertised light output. My plants recovered and grew extremely well. I’m not used to these budget lights under representing their output but it was refreshing. This light is a solid performer!. I’m using it to cover half of a 4x8 tent. I’ve had suck good luck with it I ordered a second Sunday. It arrived today in excellent condition. These are shipped directly from Maxxisun with thick, hard shipping boxes and foam inserts. It is very well protected in transit. I now have full coverage in my 4x8. I came here to leave a review of my experiences with this light and seen it was 100 off from my purchase Sunday and bought a third. I’m super fussy. I expect products to arrive immaculate and perform flawlessly. The fact that I’ve purchased three of these lights and I am completely happy speaks for itself. Prior to this I had used the Mars Hydro TS full spectrum lights. I liked them. They had a few extra features like daisy chain, and dimmer switches, but this light is so much brighter and just don’t stop performing. I have plans to add a dimmer control myself later. It can be done and google will help.

Growers this is a real led substitute !
Used burple for veg and hid for flower. Using this to replace veg light but will order another for bloom closet. Nice heating, does put out heat but not anything close to regular 600 watt hid . This light is really great ! Watch how close you hang it!!!!! If your not used to high intensity lights be very careful as this is the real deal and will give your baby's light burn. I am up 29" and only setting (with included remote) it at 60%. UPDATE! Have now gone through veg and switched to bloom, third week of flower and the buds are really putting on weight. The only problem is that my "tent" for bloom was not high enough to get the light up enough so I had to build a new room for it. (I did not scrog this grow). Now with a 7' ceiling I can get it up. Update! I am now at full 100% and 37" from the canopy, any closer and it burns. Great penetration to lower buds.

Very impressive performance!
As a business that specializes in building custom automated hydroponic systems we have tested several dozen lighting solutions for indoor applications. Our lighting testing procedure compares tried and true lighting solutions like fluorescent and HID lights to a given LED fixture. The results (in short) of the Maxsisun PB 4000 tested against a HO 6 bulb T5 fixture and a 600 watt HID (MH/HPS) fixture was staggering. The PB 4000 far out performed the T5 fixture and due to the much lower power consumption rate the PB 4000 it crushed the HID light even though the efficacy was about the same. Even though most of the quantum board LED fixtures are yielding very impressive results they seem to have very comparable efficacy, the major advantages of the Maxsisun fixtures however is price per watt and performance comparable to fixtures 4 times the cost. Are there better LED fixtures? That’s still up for debate. Some of the more expensive fixtures have not responded to our request to include them in our testing cycle which give me some doubt about their claims and cost vs. efficacy. For the price and the performance of the PB 4000 why would you need a $1,600 light when a $400 one does the trick? ALL effective lighting makes heat, It’s that simple, this fixture is no different. Growers need to have a means in which to remove the heat generated by the fixture, JUST LIKE ANY OTHER EFFECTIVE FIXTURE! If you’ve ever used HID lighting fixtures you know that these lights generate as much energy in heat as they do light. Heat metagation is a full time job for the indoor grower. As long as you’ve got a plan for dealing with the heat there is no problem. However it’s a thermodynamic issue so your solution should include a little math so your grow space isn’t positive or negative pressure. Having said that, we are very pleased with our experience and will be using the Maxsisun line of lighting fixtures in our FlexFarm equipment.

Great light, understated output
I don’t have anything bad to say about this light. I actually have it in a 4x4 with a Mars hydro tsw2000. I grew 4 autoflowers, and the 2 under the maxisun looked 10 times better than those under the Mars hydro. They get cut down this weekend, I put the maxisun in there week 4 from seed and the flowers started stacking almost instantly, whereas the Mars hydro lights plants still have space between the nodes. The maxisun is a lot more white than the Mars, which I assume means it has more blue. Regardless, it is much better and I would recommend this light to anybody that isn’t down to spend $1000 on a light. If you’re not willing to hlg or Lux or something like that, this light will do what you need it to until you are. I’ve yet to go above 60 percent with this light, and I’m about 18 inches above my canopy.

2 Runs and looking good
Edit. It's almost 3 years later and it still runs great. Many great harvests in my 4x4. I wanted to reserve my judgement until I had a few months of this light under my belt. This is a well designed light and even at 100% you can still put your hand on it. It runs very cool and my temps top out at 79F. The programming of the remote is super easy and you can program multiple lights to one remote. Me I just need 1 for my 4x4. The plants love it and you can really save on money on your electric bill in early veg. I've had 1 power outage with this light and as a result I had to reprogram the remote. But the setting remained the same. That's maybe my only real complaint about it. So make sure you keep that remote in a safe place cause there is no manual nob. It's to bad this light has sold out cause it's price point and quality far surpass spider farmer.

Company appears to be honest about product specifications (with update at end)
I send my Bloom Plus BP4000 back because I discovered that they lied about the secs of their LED grow lights. These PB4000 feels more formidable (heavier) than the BP4000 - thicker board ? The ratchet, lines, and metal ends are all heavier. Gave a general "this is a better product" feel to the device. The remote for adjusting the brightness is brilliant. The BP4000 are dimmable however, it was difficult to syc the 2 drivers to case a balanced light. I am still trying to understand the needs of my plants in my 4 x 4 grow tent. Everybody says I should have max of 600 PPFD for all plants in veg cycle. However, this is on 50% of this light's output at 24". Can this be right? BTW... measured light out put of the BP4000 and the PB4000 is similar. I am glad I switched even at a higher cost of $70 Sincerely, Felix December 17, 2021 update I am actually becoming quite frustrated. All of the literature I have read suggest to you need a MINIMUM of 900 PPFD or 35 DLI during flowering 12/12 (guess what I'm growing :-) More light is better! Something approaching 45 DLI in flowering 12/12 might be ideal. The PB4000 Maxsisun does, indeed , put out a admirable a high (1612) PPFD at 18" in a 4 X 4 tent ; however, and here is the rub, the light intensity quickly drops off to 1477, 1243, 845, 655 as you approach the edge of the tent. A 1477 PPFD equates to a DLI of 63 which is admirable. However, a PPFD of 655 equates to a DLI of 28 and change. Therefore, unless you are growing only a couple of plants in the middle of the tent most of your grow will finish being less than optimum. And, who doesn't want to max out their yield?! So, what is the solution?! First, let's look at the problem. All of these quantum board (where did that name come from anyway) LED grow lights concentrate the light intensity towards the middle of the tent. This is, in my humble opinion, stupid. A 4 X 4 tent can happily support 6 FOUR FOOT PLANTS (perhaps 7) with enough room left over for the grower to squeeze between to do the maintenance. In order to be able to access all 6 plants the maintenance corridor must be in the middle of the tent. Exactly where the intensity of the light is at it's maximum. The answer? A grow light whose total size is roughly the same size as the footprint of the tent or, for a 4 X 4 tent the footprint of the grow light should be as close to 4 X 4 as possible. I am purchasing a new light which promises to provide a more even spread across the entire foot print of my 4 X 4 tent. sincerely, Felix Daske

Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO 90 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. DO NOT BUY MAXSISUN PRODUCTS!!!
So I bought the light Dec 2021 and it was working good, but I cam into a couple of "cheaper" LED lights, Which did a better job than the PB4000 by quite a bit, and the "cheap" ones, were half the size and price. So i did a side-by-side, with each light in its own 4x4 tent, with 5 of the same plants, cultivated at the same time, and the PB4000 was shown to the street. So after having the light for 8 weeks, I emailed customer service saying that I would like to return the light. At this point I had a little over a month to return it. I explained that it did not compare with the cheaper lights for the price and power draw, I sent them the photos to ensure that it was in "like new" condition with the original packaging and They stopped replying. They did not send me any e-mails, they did not send the shipping label and of course I did not get my refund. Now to March 4th (the last day for return eligibility), They send me an email saying they tried to apply the refund but it didnt go through. HOW COUD THEY APPLY THEY REFUND WHEN THEY REFUSED TO SEND ME A SHIPPING LABEL TO BE ABLE TO RETURN THE LIGHT?!?!? So now im sitting here with I light I dont want because I have better, cheaper ones that run on less power and do better than the pb4000, and out almost $600 because they refused to even talk to me, let alone send me a label to return. They WILL NOT DO RETURNS. Amazon will not help with this either. BESTVA PRO 2000 LED's are what I am running for 3 months now and I love them. DO NOT BUY MAXSISUN PRODUCTS 2nd worst light company that I have ever dealt with and would not recommend them to ANYONE.

Its the Sun in a light!
Maxsisun PB4K is truly outstanding. It literally outshines all other lights I have used. Using a lux meter it is on par with the sun. It produces a small amount of heat which is balancing the temperature in my tent, negating the need for a heater in my garage. As a machinist I can tell you with certainty that the build quality is top notch! I have zero complaints about this particular model. I would advise not staring at the light directly and/or wearing sunglasses for the safety of your eyes. This is a must have for any indoor growing set up. Thanks Maxsisun for a wonderful product - Derek aka cygnus_grows

Fantastic light
Light was more than I expected. fantastic brightness and doesn’t run too hot. Bit heavier of a light but that’s to be expected. The meanwell drivers stay consistent with temps and isn’t working too hard. The remote to control the light is incredibly useful and I actually prefer it over dimmers. For the price you can’t go wrong. See how it’s doing on my ig @gvonursery if you want proof in the pudding. Fantastic upgrade for my medicinal plants
