Poor quality
Should be easy to install except the 3/4 male thread is somehow off making it very difficult to get a water tight seal on the outflow side. I did not cross thread. I hand turned several fittings onto this pump with no success...after a turn and a half it won't go anymore without excessive force from plyers. Problem two...when the flow sensor turns it on it doesn't turn off. So you take a shower and it definitely improves water pressure but then when drying off you hear this pump down in the basement from the second floor chugging away even though flow stopped. It should turn on when the water turns on and and go off when the water goes off....but mine didn't. The pump got very hot so I just unplugged. I tried it a second time but now I am returning it.
