I purchased this book on a recommendation from a former professor. While I have not finished it yet, it is a must have for your ministry inventory. It succinctly addresses the issues and challenges of ministry at every age without being overbearing. I highly recommend this book.

What a fantastic resource! You don't want to miss it! Seriously, this is my go to reference for the needs and wants of each developmental stage. Don't spend time with kids, especially your own, without having read this.

Incredible read! It will remind you of the things you need to keep on doing and challenge you in ways to better love kids, of all ages, well. It is very applicable in how you can make a ministry great for each age group in the church. I read it in a few hours! WORTH IT!

This is a book that I previously had in my library and I can say that it has been extraordinary useful for our ministry and recognizing the different stages of development that children in our ministry are in.However, this copy was unboxed with fingerprints and smudges already on the cover. I am highly dissapointed, as I have never had this issuse before.

The layout was easy to follow! Very useful! Had a Christian aspect to it!

The font, layout, and graphics are nice but unfortunately, I didn't find this book had a lot of content. Would have appreciated it if it went through each age group and outlined their needs.
