Buyer Beware!! Do Not Buy!!!
Do not Buy!!! This is a waste of money. It's cheaply made, it does look nice once put together. but it doesn't stay together for long. I had this for about a week now and the drawers are already falling apart and the sides of the bureau won't stay on, it looks like a piece of crap. Buyer beware, do not buy this bureau!!! Also, it chips and scratches easily as you put it together. The directions are also pictures no words so it takes awhile to figure it out!UPDATE!!!! DO NOT BUY, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY!!!!!! This is particle board and cheap, it falls apart!!! I had this since February 26,2017 and it is now August 4, 2017 and it has fell apart on me. The drawers fell out and came apart, I currently have my clothes in Bins because I had to throw this out! I now have to buy a new dresser, will never buy from this company again apparently they have cheap products. I will go to a furniture and buy real wood dresser. If I could rate I give it ZERO STARS, but Amazon doesn't allow it so I gave a 1. So do not waste your money on this dresser because you will be buying a new one a couple months down the road. I should've listened to all the negative reviews, lesson learned, I will not do that again!

Painted Up Junk
So I bought this piece about a week and a half ago (it's now October 18, 2018) for my roommate's room. We wanted functionality and style. We thought this was going to be a great deal, for the price. WRONG!! The first thing that I noticed was that the painted surface (we ordered the black) was peeling off one of the drawers. Okay, we thought; we can just buy some paint to go over it and it will be fine. Got everything put together and . . . . this is the wobbliest piece of furniture that I have ever put together . . . . and I've put together a lot of pieces from television stands to bunk bed sets. My great-grandmother walks better than this thing stands! I followed all the directions very carefully and I've had to go to Home Depot TWICE now -- first to buy a couple of corner braces, thinking they would shore up the slack (they did but only slightly), and second to buy additional wood slats, cut to measurements that I had to make, in an effort to again, shore up the wobble in the unit. I am going to have to turn the unit upside down and see where I can place the wood slats and braces to eliminate the wobble. If I pay a dollar for something, I expect to get my money's worth. This is frustrating and my nerves are shot! Don't waste your money on this. If I can't fix this thing, I'm seriously looking into starting a class-action suit against this company. How many times can you get complaints about your product and your service . . . and nothing improve??

Looks great!
I ordered two of these. Took about a week or so to get. One came in with damage to the door, but a 5 minute phone call to mfr and a new one is on the way. Otherwise packaged very well. But very heavy!!!!! The other one assembled fairly easily with two people. Lots of parts to contend with but came together well and looks great. I love it!

Not worth the money, flimsy
I ordered this for my kids room and while putting it together found out that some of the locking nuts are different sizes. I reviewed the instructions again to make sure I did not miss it and there was nothing that said they were. I had to undo much of the dresser to get the other locking nuts back since the drawers required the smaller ones. When I was done and moved it in place it wobbled quite a bit and felt flimsy. About 3 months after buying it, one of the locking nuts on the drawers fell out and the kids lost it. I search Home Depot and Lowes for one the same size and could not find one. I eventually replaced it with another dresser I already has and while I was moving it out it started to come apart completely. This is only 5 months old and I am trashing it. Not worth the money.

Highly Satisfactory
This dresser is exactly what I was looking for! It ends up just as pictured as well, it has a modern look to it.Assembly was not difficult compared to all of the reviews stating that there was excessive difficulty experienced. This is coming from someone who has zero assembly experience with furniture, I even bought a toolkit as this was my first time needing one. You do have to completely build it from scratch, but the directions aren't hard to follow, and while they are "picture instructions", worded instructions really aren't necessary anyway. I actually had fun assembling this. I spread it out over two relatively short sessions in two days, pace yourself and frustration should be absent. If you're willing to put some time and effort into a nice, sleek looking new piece of furniture, I say give it a whirl!Tip: Read ahead in the instructions so that you can prepare your steps properly and ensure perfect assembly, it will give you a better understanding of how it is intended to look.

Not a bad dresser overall
First off, the instructions to put together were terrible, the peices in bags were not clearly labeled so guessing game was on. No written instructions just pictures no explanations. The dresser had a blemish on the top but I was not about to send it back because I had to destroy the boxes it came in to get it out. It took some time to put together and you will need help thats for sure. I had decided I didn't want all white on white so I contact papered the shelves and insides of drawers prior to assembly. It most definitely will need to be anchored to wall as it feels that it could tip over. Not a bad purchase just wish instructions were more clear. It will serve its purpose and only wine will tell how sturdy it is and how long it will last.

Alot of assembly but easy instructions
I really like the look of the finished product, it took longer then it said it would take to put together on the instruction booklet but well worth the extra time, it is very sturdy and I suggest that you put it in the place where yer gonna have it stay without the drawers in it as it weighs 166lbs in total so being that much lighter to put in place then put yer drawers in. Highly recommend if you are not in a hurry to get it done properly

Take your time and follow instructions and it will work out great
we did have a bit of trouble with one of the hinges of the cupboard door going in straight.......but after taking the hinge off and straightening it it worked out..........lots of space and is the perfect place for my tv........sturdy and it looks very nice.......i am so happy with it............ I would like to ad that using wood glue can help to make any wood furniture product stronger ....

It is low quality
It looks ok but it is not quality. You have to be careful moving it about it rack easy not sturdy it should of had a board that went across the front under the top to stiffen it. the drawers are flimsy with their bottoms of pressed cardboard why not plywood would of made a big difference. I am going to keep it but if I had seen this put together in a store I would of shook my head and wondered why they would even sell it with their name on it. It would been only a small change and cost to upgrade it to be good, if they put these things together they would know it is bad. I know not to buy this South Shore furniture ever again.

Very big and spacious
This dresser is heavy and big, bigger than what I expected it to be. It’s easy to assemble but a lot of instructions to follow and they’re not complicated at all. I do recommend to measure the space you have first

Awesome dresser
Very nice, more solid than I thought it would be.. mine did come damaged however, luckily it was just the back board material.
