I've wanted this knife for years and now it's finally mine! The knife is awesome looks great and is massive! It's actually bigger than the movie prop which is great for displaying and comes fairly sharp but I have no intention on using it. The image is slightly misleading so far as the sheath is concerned. The sheath is a bit darker and isn't as light of a tan color, the logo and signature on it aren't as clear but are there. Overall quick delivery awesome knife highly recommended!

i did not except this knife to be so big, kinda like a machete.

I've gotta admit, this was an impulse buy using the excuse that I have nothing for self-defense in the house whatsoever. Truth is, I work late, and, stay up late, and, when exhausted in the middle of the night, catch myself watching the everything-for-sale, 24-hours-a day, TV channel knife show. I was leaning toward, and, waiting for, a neat sword. I know. Shameful me. But, while waiting for the right item, I had to suffer through the interminable pitches for the 100 knife sets for $100, etc. They displayed the occasional Bowie-type knife that I found intriguing. I researched the company on-line and found that, if you bought 100 knives of varying types and sizes for $100, you got what you ordered. 100 knives worth about a buck apiece, regardless of size or style. I then searched on-line for this specific type of knife. Turns out Amazon had the best product for the best price. Now that I have received it, even though it has absolutely no practical purpose in my household, it is a guilty pleasure. Well-crafted, aesthetically gorgeous, signed, limited-edition, I am thrilled with it, yet, have only a distant ex-brother-in-law, a retired cop, with whom I can gloat, and, who understands my obsession as he maintains a substantial arms collection. Don't tell anybody that I said this, but, buy one of these babies as soon as you can. And, secretly, start gloating like me. Just don't do anything stupid and hurt yourself. It comes very, very sharp.

Gents just to write a quick line this is not worth the $! For this price get a real knife TOPS will get you the quality you paid for and deserve. The size doesn't matter if the thing will fall apart with any type of serious use. I know they are show pieces but for that much money get a real usable piece of steel and know you are covered by the pros of the business. These things aren't even full tang they are rat tails and would not be any kind of durable in a apocalyptic scenario. Do yourselves a favor and look at even CRKT and their line of machetes if you want a really big usable blade for 1/2 the price of this paper weight. Just my two cents. Although it does look very cool.

Knife is awesome but not for the price, poor quality for the price, worn marks on the sheath and scratched butt around the nut that holds it together as if they tightened it with a wrench therefor scrathing the metal with the wrench, was delivered on time and had a great experience buying it thru amazon just sub par quality for a $100+ knife

This is hands down the best purchase I have made this year—possibly ever! When I was 10, I asked my mother to buy me one of these and she said it was ridiculously dangerous to trust a child with an 18" hunting knife.I suggested that perhaps a Rambo 2 knife at a mere 15.38” in length might be a safer option. When she shot this down, I conceded that I would even be happy with a Rambo 1 knife, which is only a paltry 14” long. For some reason, she shot down this request as well.I even made a full sized model of the Rambo 3 knife out of cardboard to show her how awesome it was; I could tell by the shocked look on her face that she was impressed. But for some reason she still would not let me buy it.Finally after 22 years of waiting, I purchased the knife of my dreams, and it was well worth the wait.First I want to say that I did not make these foolish miscalculations myself. But I can say with nearly 100% certainty that the knife will slice easily through drywall. It will quickly reduce a coffee mug in its path to splintered flakes of ceramic. And I am highly confident that it will split a glass coffee table easily in half shattering the remains into a pile of shards.Once you get past the "mishaps from waving around a knife the size of a small sword" phase, it is amazingly manageable.I would highly recommend this knife to anyone. Though I begrudgingly agree with the warning I received during purchase that the knife may be inappropriate for children under three.Everyone on my Christmas list over three, however, will be getting one of these in their stocking this year.

The whole concept of this knife is awesome. Its big...like lets go kill a elephant big. only thing I have to say is the handle could be made out of a better wood, the china stamp removed, and a fairer price but then again there was only 10,000 made so I can see that both ways. but everything thing else is awesome, even the packaging makes you feel like a little kid on Christmas when your opening it and just by the size of the box when you first get it just gives you chills.

This officially licensed knife and autograph pic came at a very timly manner, and was more than i expected.. the knife is amazingly light, sharp and beautiful. It came with a heafty sheath, an autograph pic and a certificate of authenticy. Awesome product and worth every penny.
