I have used this product for years and my husband does not know any better. He thinks I make gravy from scratch. This saves me so much time. I can even make roux out of this if I am out of the roux mix from the same maker. This makes an awesome gravy, but I use it when I cook the meat in it for several hours. This way the meat picks up the flavor and also I can make it either a thin gravy or a thick gravy. We are a huge rice family since we are from the south, but I love mashed potatoes and my hubby is loving them too, so just depends on the meal on how thick I make the gravy.

The gravy mix is great for thickening, but the flavor needs some improvement. It just don't have enough seasoning.

Good quality. As good or better than knorr swiss, sauce has n8ce sheen, milder flavor than knorr, but, a nicer flavor. Perfect nappe thickness as per volume in my experience.
