Machine sew Poly Cotton Covered Polyester Boning Polypropylene 1/4" (White)

I loved that this boning made my handcrafted creation look stunning. Was the correct size and I removed the fabric before installing.

Got these for my wedding dress bodice. Worked great.

The boning itself definitely does what it's supposed to, and it's flexible enough to insert without stiffening the garment completely. The only problem is that the casing is too narrow at the sides to actually sew into anything, so you end up taking the boning out and making a casing or channel yourself, which is absolutely maddening for a first time user. For this reason, I had to set the corset I was working on aside and work on channels when I was less infuriated by the whole process. There's not really a point in paying for encased boning if the casing is useless. Long story short, I fought the bra and the bra won.

My granddaughter designed a costume so I bought this to help her with the project. It is easy to use.
