They get squeezed...
A little small for my larger hands, but they are providing the physical therapy I needed. Can't tell much difference between the 'firmneess' of each ball. A little, but not much. They work, I am keeping them.

Durable
I like that these are small. I keep them in my desk at work. I use them to relieve stress and work on strength in my hands. They are durable and different resistance to each.

Worth the money
I read other reviews that state you can not tell the difference between the three but I disagree. I recently injured my shoulder and am trying to regain strength in my left hand. These have been very helpful in physical therapy and my physical therapist said they were perfect for the job.
