Is this product sold with batteries?

Yes, but the batteries are special and not sold in stores. You have to order from the company, and they are not cheep. I think they make there money form the batteries. So find something else if you are planing to use it for a long time.

Can I order to a hotel adress in the US? How fast can you deliver? I need the product by April 29th or 30th.

This item is fulfilled by amazon. According to them: "Want it Monday, April 28? Order within 25 hrs 47 mins and choose Two-Day Shipping at checkout." So it's doable!

Can the item be sanitized to use with different patients?

Yes, Per the instructions in the "Tips & Techniques" booklet you sanitize the entire unit with a disinfecting spray or wipe before removing the tip (to keep moistures from entering); the tips can be removed and sanitized by scrubbing with soap or in the dishwasher. Personally I use a new tip for each patient and sanitize the main part as instructed above.

Does this come with a battery?

all I have bought have come with a battery. Note:It is a special battery and needs to be replaced with type. They are about $5.00 for two. It takes one.
