I purchased this mattress for my mom, and she has been using it for about a week now. Her first impression was very positive. She usually sleeps on her back and sometimes snores, so having proper support is very important. Compared to her previous mattress, which was too soft, this one feels much more balanced, firm enough to support the body, but still comfortable and cushioned. When lying down, the mattress feels cozy with no unpleasant smell at all, which is often a concern with boxed mattresses. The surface fabric is soft and pleasant to the touch, and it feels like good quality. My mom mentioned that she wakes up feeling well-rested and without the discomfort she sometimes had on her old mattress. One small downside is that the edge support is not the strongest. However, I’ve noticed this is quite common for mattresses that come compressed in a box. Since my mom doesn’t usually sit on the edge of the bed, this hasn’t been a real issue for us. What matters most is that the sleeping surface itself is very comfortable and supportive. Overall, for the price, I think this mattress is an excellent choice. It combines comfort, support, and good build quality, making it a great value purchase. We are very satisfied and would recommend it to others who are looking for a reliable hybrid mattress.

I completed the entire installation process by myself, and I was pleasantly surprised by how simple it was! The mattress arrived neatly packaged in a compact cardboard box. After unboxing, I simply removed the plastic wrap around the rolled-up mattress and used the included utility knife to cut along one side, allowing the mattress to unfold smoothly. It began expanding naturally and gradually, without the sudden “pop” or alarming crackle I'd experienced with other mattresses. The entire process felt reassuringly smooth and fully controllable. Within minutes, the mattress had fully expanded into its perfect shape. The material felt clean, soft, and of superior quality. That night, lying down revealed its perfectly balanced support, neither too firm nor too soft. I slept soundly through the night and woke up without any aches or stiffness. Overall, I absolutely love its effortless setup and comfortable feel. For anyone seeking a high-quality mattress that's easy to handle alone, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

This is my favorite purchase thus far this year! As sleeping both comfortably and soundly are a big must in a search for a good mattress, I was extremely pleased with its ability to provide the support I was looking for and still remain plush and inviting. The fact that it can be used without a boxspring was also ideal as I wanted to raise it for under the bed storage. It was fairly heavy, and I definitely would recommend at least 2 people help moving it (or better yet, have the delivery pp do it for you) and I would suggest following the directions and opening it in an open space with a lot of room. I would NOT open it on top of a frame, as I did, and can guarantee you that is a big mistake. It opens very quickly and there is nothing you can do to stop it. Although it was stated it may take up to 72 hours, I found the bed was perfectly able to be slept in less than a day. Directions are there for a reason and if you follow them accordingly you will not be displeased. The size was exactly as stated making it perfect if you have a specific area in mind that is size constricting as I did. There was no chemical smell and no need to air it out more than a few minutes from just the obvious packing smell that is to be expected.

I thought memory foam mattresses were an amazing invention until I slept on them for 15 years. I’m in my 50’s now and have crushed discs and sciatica. I ordered this mattress in hopes of aligning my spine. It’s risky to buy an innerspring mattress sight unseen, but I’m glad I did. Is it a luxury mattress? No, it’s not but I had an immediate great nights sleep. It’s firm, but not at all uncomfortable. I’m also a big girl with heavy hips, and the firmness is not constricting it’s supportive. Look it’s not memory foam so there is movement when you get up, but not like old regular innerspring mattresses were. I would say the biggest con is that they did not reinforce the edges of the mattress, so if you sit on the edge of the bed it will dip. Overall I like this bed and sleep very well and wake up with much less pain than I did with memory foam. I definitely recommend as a low cost option for a supportive and comfortable bed that provides good spine alignment and helps with back pain.

This mattress came well-packed and was easy to set up right out of the box. It expanded quickly and reached full size within a couple of days. I originally bought this twin-size Simmons mattress for my youngest child, but when it arrived, I decided to test it out myself—and wow, I was seriously impressed! This arrived on time and seems to be a solid comfortable mattress. The only reason for the 4 stars is that I first bought just 1 so that I could join it with another 10” extra long twin mattress I already had (which was no longer available for sale) in order to make a king sized guest bed, and this one was obviously not as thick and shorter. So … I bought another one. But it was well packaged and sprang to life. The pillow top also get cushier after a couple days.

Ho acquistato questo materasso per la seconda volta. Il primo acquisto, effettuato tre mesi fa, è stato eccellente e mi ha lasciato totalmente soddisfatto, motivo per cui ho deciso di ordinarne un secondo identico. Purtroppo, il secondo materasso è stato una completa delusione. Fin dall'inizio il prodotto presentava un evidente difetto di fabbrica: al centro si percepiva una sgradevole e netta piegatura, come se mancassero dei supporti o vi fosse un cedimento nella struttura delle molle. Il materasso risultava inutilizzabile e difettoso. Mi dispiace moltissimo lasciare una recensione negativa, anche perché sono contro lo spreco e ho lottato a lungo per cercare di risolvere la spiacevole situazione e ottenere un prodotto idoneo anziché uno da buttare. Buongiorno. Ho già ricevuto rimborso. Però venditore mi dice di rendere il materasso con mie spese di spedizione. Questo è di grande dimensione. Non so dove portare e come? Voglio che venditore venga ritirare casa . Grazie
