Is this stock for a heavy barrel or standard?

This stock is for the Standard barrel.

Will it fit a 300 win mag?

I'm not sure. I bought one for my step son for his Weatherby Vanguard in 30-06, which is a long action. It fits great. The 30-06 is close in length to the .300 mag. As far as I know, it should.

Will this fit 7mm weatherby mark 5

I very much doubt it, but you should check with Hogue for specific information. 1. The Weatherby Mark 5 is not the same as a Weatherby Vanguard/HOWA 1500 at all. 2. The 7mm Weatherby may or may not be the proper dimension for a standard Long Action (30-06 length) cartridge.

Will this fit a smith and wesson modrl 1500 30-06?

Yes. A S&W 1500, Weatherby Vanguard, Howa 1500 and I'm sure others are the same. Just be sure to get the appropriate action;I.E. LA=30-06 size and SA=308 size.

Perfect fit and great feel...

Perfect fit and very easy to install. I love the relatively soft, tacky feel of this rubber stock. I can see this being a tremendous benefit in wet/cold weather. I'm thinking of going with this style stock for a couple of my other bolt-actions...
