Impeccable!
This shade is beautifully designed and of superior craftsmanship. It came in a well packed box with plenty of air packets surrounding it and securely being held from end to end with a plastic post attaching to the box flaps. Extremely pleased with this purchase and will buy from Lamps Plus again!

A Good DIY Shade
Turns out this is a very good lampshade if you don't mind assembling it yourself. I have just two qualms:First, the printed instructions they include with the shade differ somewhat from the demonstration YouTube video they encourage you to watch. (I used the method shown in the video.) Second, the printed instructions imply that the various parts are marked (BB, CC, etc.), but they are not.Nevertheless, the actual assembly is quite easy and intuitive (and you'll discover once you get going that the parts are nearly impossible to assemble incorrectly). So, read the instructions, watch the video, and take your time, and you'll end up with a very nice lampshade!

Lamp shades
Bought these to replace the ones I had. I absolutely love them. They are not pure white. They’re more like an off-white, but it is a great compliment to the white furniture in my room and the blue lamp itself.Has a linen look to it, and a decorative band, I would recommend them

Beautiful shade and excellent customer service.
The shade is beautiful and exactly as described.At some point in the packing/ shipping of the shade it got damaged and arrived with a portion pushed in. It popped out easily and I thought it had survived it's journey, however, once it was lit up, the creases in the backing showed up and looked like dark streaks in the shade.I decided to return for a refund ( I'm going to go for a hard shade to avoid shipping damages) The company responded to my email within 24 hrs and applied the refund almost immediately. Excellent customer service!
