Great waist trainer, not too heavy. It’s easy to put on and take off. Very durable and good material

I purchased this to use at my job at UPS loading package cars. I bought an identical one several months ago in a medium and it is a little too big. Unfortunately, the small is a little too small. This is obviously not a fault of the seller or the product, but just unfortunate for me individually. The seller (I believe) does recommend choosing the larger size if your measurements fall in between and I agree with that information. The smaller size will not stay below my natural waistline for lower back support and the larger one will not cinch tightly enough with the primary belt, but the secondary straps will. Given this, the small would be ideal as a waistline trainer, but does not work for me as a support belt. Finally, the upgraded version of this product included in the available colors for a dollar more fits perfectly in the small. The product is very well made and unbeatable for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone who does not have current back issues and simply wants additional support for protection from injuries incurred during moderate to heavy lifting. I paid at least 50% more for several other back belts of nearly identical design and they have fallen apart. I would follow the seller's suggestion and choose a size up if measurements fall in between and w'o question pay for the upgraded version of this specific product from this specific seller. The newer version didn't arrive when expected, but I live in the country and deliveries are often delayed by no fault of the sender. I wear the belt six days a week for five hours a day over a thin tank top b'c the neoprene irritates my skin so I sometimes have spots where the shirt and the belt pinch if I don't get the fabric smooth enough before tightening the secondary straps. I wash it 2-3 times a week b'c it will make you sweat in your midsection during physical activity even if nowhere else. I put it in a lingerie bag and let it air dry. I have been loading package cars and using a back belt for eleven months and this one has been far and away the best at any price point in terms of value, durability and functionality. If I could make any changes it would be to make the entire belt and the straps about 3-4 inches wider and the fuzzy side of the velcro on the main belt extend further to allow for a tighter fit. Hope this helps. I have no idea if this is effective or safe for someone with existing injuries or back issues and would recommend taking it to the doctor with you for approval if that is what you need to safely lift heavy things, but I would absolutely try this one and ask your doctor if it would suffice before spending more money for the same basic design.

Good waist trainer belt with solid support and waist definition. The material feels durable and fits well, though it can feel a bit tight after long hours. Overall, it does the job well.

A great waist trainer that does not roll under.

It is really good and can stay super tight. BUT! The first initial band you Velcro together isn’t super stretchy so you don’t feel super sucked in until the 2 stretch bands but even then the last band will only velcro where the 2nd one ended. ALSO, not long torso friendly. I’m 5’5 with a longer torso and it didn’t cover my diaphragm along with my lover belly/excess fat above my bladder. It doesn’t stay still if you were to bend over. But the back support is good!

Wasn't sure about this product at first, so I was going to return it before trying it But then I decided to try it, and I'm glad I did I love how Comfortable it is and how much I can tighten it or loosen it. And it feels like it gives such good support. I honestly just wear it to bed. And in the morning, I could already see my stomach looks and feels better.

This item fits very tight. It pulls your waist in firmly. The material is thicker than most. I like this!

Excellent belt, it really helps me correct my posture and doesn't get in the way during training.
