When you receive them, the roots will be dry, this is normal. Orchids are supposed to be completely dry before re-watering. We cannot ship if your weather is going to be below 26. If your plants arrive dead, please take pictures and notify us within 24 hours.

Received sick plant, delayed shipping, plant died
***UPDATED*** Came 8 days late, seller only gave a minimum return time, and came with root rot and half of the leaves were dead. Have been trying to resuscitate it with little success, and think it's not going to be long for this world. I have 7 orchids, would be many more if I hadn't given away all the ones I've split multiple times. I'm not new to orchid care. EDIT- The orchid did not survive despite best attempts. Do not buy from this seller!

Orchid died after 2-3 weeks. Don't follow their watering directions!
I absolutely loved this orchid when it arrived. It was so well packed that it arrived in beautiful condition.Per the instructions, I watered it once a week with the shot glass provided. After a couple of weeks when it started to die, I realized that it was standing in the water that I had added per directions. Was hoping that if I let it dry out it could be saved. I was wrong. Since it didn't die until after the exchange or refund period, I'm stuck with a dead orchid. Moral of this story: don't follow the directions.😩

My new plant.
Thought I was getting a pot with the plant, but I like it anyway. Soaked the root in a glass of lukewarm water for 10 minutes an planted it in an orchid pot. It is growing well. Waiting on flowers, but I think it will bloom. Was a little pricey without a pot. It's a keeper.

Good product
Good product. Was surprised at the packaging, folded up in cardboard, but it worked well. Plants showed up alive and they’re growing in my shower happy as can be. Looking forward to their first blush.

No. WTF What? What happened to the beautiful pottery, pot. Nope she didn’t get one. So it was deceiving in the writing.Months day gift was awkward.

Late and hasn’t bloomed.
not happy with the plant. It was delivered extremely late about 2 weeks when I had bought them for mothers day for my self and several others. And it has never bloomed for any of it now a year later or more.
