100% Compostable Trash Bags, 2.6 Gallons, 100 Bags, ASTM D6400, EN 13432, US BPI and Europe OK Compost Home Certified Biodegradable

I live in a community that recently started composting and passed out 2 gallon buckets with lids for us to use to compost. I would have to rinse this bucket out every time after I emptied it into the organics bin, so after I found these bags I just use them to line the 2 gallon bucket that I use to dispose of all the things that are going to be put into the compost. I really do like these bags. I have to change them out about every 24 to 48 hours because they do start to leak through which I’m sure is normal. The great news is I use less regular plastic bags and create less going into the landfill!

These bags are just what I wanted. Admittedly they start to breakdown after 3 days. If I let it go that long in my kitchen bin I have to wash my kitchen bin. I will order again for sure.

These liners aren't perfect. They don't hold together, so you can't pull them out of the bin without making a mess.That said, they make cleanup much easier. I just dump out the bin and there is no goopy mess to clean up.

I really like these bags. I've used composting bags a little over 2 years now and I really like these. Compared to other brands I've used before, they are a little thicker and don't tear apart or split when trying to use. I say this because the other brand I used would tear or rip at the tops or bottoms when taking off a new one. I haven't had any major leaking problems. If I do get any liquid, I pour it all out and after a quick rinse, it's good again. If my compost doesn't have a lot of liquid, I can use the bag again:0). It still seems to take about a year or more for a complete breakdown but that's expected.

They aren’t perforated enough between bags and tear too easily at the bottom, so I’ve had to discard a few and use scissors to cut the next one. Probably won’t order these again.

I purchased a box of these a little over a year ago on Amazon, hoping for a solid solution for my home compost program of kitchen scraps. I understand the balance between "sturdy" and "decomposible" is difficult but this should edge a little more towards the sturdy!!From the start, the bags tore even removing one off the roll, I started tearing them very gently to preserve the bag integrity. The open end would tear just by placing them into the compost container. A fragile product indeed!!!Didn't make much difference because by the time I took the scraps to the yard bin (thank God I would carry the whole bin), the bottom of the bag was completely disintegrated leaking into the bin itself .My question... Why have a bag to begin with when I have to clean/hose out the bin anyway?? I won't buy these again.No bag for me from now on!

Used the entire box with no complaints. Perfect size for bathroom compostable trash. One or two tore while separating them, but that's not bad for compost bags, which aren't very durable by design. Ordering them again.

I'm surprised at the reviews for this product because I had a very different experience with them. I've bought several brands of compostable bags and found these to be of poor quality. When dispensing and separating the bags they rip very easily, making the bags nearly unusable. Not sure why I switched from my other brand, but I'll be going back them. I would not recommend this product.
