Q: what are the measurements for this item?

I do not know the measurements but it is a perfect OEM replacement for my 2010 XC70 steering wheel. Just make sure you remove the metal base under of the original sticker on the steering wheel.

I don’t know the dimensions as I order for the model of my Volvo and they fit perfectly.

I don't know. I don't have an SUV. It fits my S60 perfectly. If Volvo created all steering wheels equally, then perhaps it will fit.

Q: I got the steering wheel emblem and it’s the right size but it does not sit flush/edges stick up - what did I do wrong? How can I fix this?

I made sure it was smooth and clean where sticker was being placed and I started on one end and moved to other end of sticker making sure it was sticking flush with indention
