Q: how much of an area does a 5-gallon can cover

Our Paver Sealer has a wide range of coverages. How far each gallon will get you depends entirely on how porous the pavers are. This product is designed to penetrate DEEP inside the paver and fill the pores with hydrophobic polymers. The larger the pores, the more product is needed. We list the range at 100-200 sq.ft/gallon.

Q: Will this work on travertine?

Since it is a type of limestone, travertine is generally very porous. Provided your pavers are dry, clean, and porous, our Paver Sealer would do an excellent job.

Q: Which sealer can I use on chattahoochi floor?

We do not have a sealer for a true chattahoochi/epoxy floor. Penetrators do not work well on epoxy floors and the pebbles are not porous.

Q: Will this work on pea gravel patios?

Yes, this product will do an excellent job on pea gravel/exposed aggregate patios. Our Paver Sealer is a penetrating sealer. The key is getting the sealer around the aggregate, since it is not porous, and into the concrete base. We would recommend following your spray application with a push-broom to push the sealer from the stones, preventing it from pooling. As with any sealer, apply the product to a test area to optimize your technique.
