I'm pleased with this product thoroughly. I use it in my daily shakes and it works wonders with inflammation and swelling. I'm my view it is a wonderful product with full richness of the powder. There are no additives and it is very Earthy in taste, even mixed with fruits and yogurt, however, I do put a teaspoon full in. Maybe half or a quarter teaspoon wood be fine, but it does meet my needs. Thank you

I've been taking it daily for a little over a month, and I've definitely seen improvement in my VO2 Max! It tastes terrible, but that's kind of to be expected. I like beets, but this is like if someone rubbed dirt on concrete and told you to lick it off. I mix it with creatine and a couple ounces of water, and just take it like a shot before I work out or run

I ordered this for my husband and he says it has a strong taste, ,and he has to chug it down. Would probably be better in a smoothie. It does turn your urine red so don’t be alarmed. My husband described the taste as an earthy taste.

Good quality beet root powder. I am a runner and am using it for better oxygen uptake. I like a powder for convenience, as making your own beets or beet juice is laborious and gets messy. And store bought juices expire once opened.This product is definitely true to flavor and color. Very intense! Now that’s what beets taste like! They are not for everyone.If you need to tone it down, mix with oat milk or any other plant or dairy milk, maybe add some yogurt or kefir, and/or a dash of cinnamon, or a little bit of honey. Just beware of the sugar to not do more harm than good.I use it daily in the morning before my run - so flavor is not key to me.

Great stuff. However, It brought my BP down quite a bit after regular use. If you take BP meds for lowering your BP, you have to be careful as it will lower you BP. I started to feel lightheaded an hour after taking this in the midst of my workouts. My BP was noticeable down quite a bit. I cut down the dose a bit and seeing my BP stabilized now. I now take it after my workout in my smoothie instead of prior to my gym. Good stuff but lookout for any symptoms related to lower BP and adjust dose.

I’ve tried beet powder before. But it was cherry flavored and cherry flavored anything is nasty. Just like cough syrup.Now this stuff smells like beets and tastes like beets as it should. If you don’t care for earthy taste then this isn’t for you. I’m a fan of things with an earthy flavor. Good stuff

This is a great product. It's a good value for the size and cost. I'm a big smoothie maker and often blend in bulk using my Vitamix. I like to use beet powder for three reasons: one: added health benefits, two: less mess than working with fresh beets (gritty beets and staining my cutting board), and three: makes my smoothies look more appealing because the beet powder turns them a nice berry color. All of the above are helpful in my busy life and getting my family to drink their smoothies. Good product. Good value. The bag lasted me a pretty good amount of time considering how often I make smoothies--about three months or so. Good deal! Flavor is good too--not obtrusive.

I bought this on May 1st 2024, and the expiration date was best before March 2024. I didn't think to look until I had already opened it and poured it in glass containers. You have to pour it into something else because the zip lock won't stay shut and red dust will go EVERYWHERE!! Just spent 20 min cleaning up my kitchen from all the dust and trying to store it in a new container. Then when going to label my container, I saw the expiration date. This is horrible product management/control. I don't know if it's the company or Amazon, but I'm truly disappointed!!Make sure you check the date on anything you order before opening!!!
