Q: what is the shelf life of this food?

I've a small 8 lb dog. She doesn't eat much. Mine stays for upto 3 months and she still loves the last bit of it. I do add homemade organic wet dog food for her in it though.

Q: List of ingredients? I need something without peas or lentils or potatoes.

It does have potatoes and peas, as part of the ingredients.

Q: How big are the individual pieces?

Little x, about 1/4 inch or maybe slightly bigger. My 6 pound dog and my 3 pound dog have eaten this food since they were a year old and are now 6 and 5 years old, respectively. Their first year they ate the same brand of small breed puppy food, as opposed to adult.

Q: Where is the meat (turkey, chicken, etc.) sourced from? The bag indicates made in Canada; however, no indication of where the meat comes from.

The representative I talked to said that all the meat comes from the United States, with the exception of the lamb products. Their lamb comes from New Zealand.
