This is a great book. I got it for my husband who plays piano really well. It is definitely an advanced book which has given my husband a fun challenge vs other books that he learns within minutes. It is written for piano not voice so it doesn't have the lyrics in it. It still follows the songs really well so you definitely could sing with it if you know the songs.

This book includes no words but has piano arrangements for the slightly above average performer.

I have owned roughly a dozen Kevern books and loved them all. HOWEVER... buyer beware ... these versions of ABBA songs are very awkward and skewed to resemble classical styles of Beethoven, Bach and Mozart. A few are almost unrecognizable and not pleasing to the ear. We returned the books.

Consists of all ABBA best hits. The music sheet complexity is moderate. Suitable for most people. Highly recommended

These are beautiful arrangements of songs that I've always loved. Some take a few tries to get the right tempo, but knowing the songs well certainly helps. Keep arranging Phillip Keveren!

Difficulty of the arrangements were harder than I expected.

The arrangements in this book are written for someone with only the most rudimentary piano skills. Unless you are in your first or second year of learning piano this book will be useless to you. I have already dropped mine at the charity shop.

i have most of philips classical series and this is by far the worst. it lacks imagination with arrangements just jumping between keys to provide diversity. very lazy. the queen and elton john entries in the series are by far the best with coldplay coming in around 3rd or maybe 4th. overall im deeply disappointed with this book and im a big abba fan.a lot of the arrangements lack the main hooks to the original songs such as sos fernando knowing me knowing you. all of the memorable intros are missing from the arrangements. come on philip this is way below what we would expect from you.

So so disappointed with this!If you want to hear Abba with an Alberti bass (clearly a great favourite of this arranger), then this is for you!If you want arrangements of Abba songs that actually sound like Abba, steer well clear.If you are still interested, it averages out at about grade 5 standard, but seriously, I wouldn't bother.Going back by return post...

Even Phillips Keveren's arranging genius could not rescue the paucity of ABBA's original music. Sadly not a volume I will be spending much time on....in sharp contrast to the other excellent volumes in PK's series of musical arrangements.
