This honey cakes is moist and dense. It's flavorful but lacks a little bit of something to give it a zing. Maybe a little cinnamon or ginger (?) But just a tad as you want the honey flavor to stand out. Overall it's a great little tea bread to serve up for guests. Very fast delivery with all of Green's products.

Not sweet enough, very bland
Ordered for my mom. Found out from someone else she had thrown it away, didn’t want to hurt my feelings but I finally got her to tell me why. She just said very plain, not sweet like she was used too.

Honey cake left a sour taste in my mouth.
this was a gift for a family member. She contacted me to tell me the cake was "burnt on top and neither she or her husband could eat it"I am embarrassed and disappointed.
