Very Beautiful Cage, Perfect If It Could be Bigger!
I bought it for my bunny (holland lop), and he is now 8 weeks old. He stays in mostly the 1st and 2nd floor. I hope he can actively jump up and down as he grows bigger. The clear panel design is super cool, you can clearly see what the bunny is doing.FYI, this hutch is no originally for rabbits, I wish they launch a similar but bigger one for rabbits (like a clear acrylic rabbit condo) so I can buy one when he gets bigger.

Dont buy it!
I'm going to make this simple. Don't buy it. It is way too expensive for what you get and it is much smaller than it appears in the pictures when assembled. Not to mention they dropped the price $25 after I bought it. In fact, knowing what I know now, it's only worth $25. Might be good for two mice, but anything else, get a better cage. I fell totally ripped off.

Durability
The cage itself is easy to assemble and easy to move. Does provide adequate room for critters and does smell nice. Have not had to clean yet but I do believe it will be much easier to clean than other products. However, the strength and durability is questionable. The PVC glass is very thing and with pressure could easily pop out. I went and purchased a thicker piece of PVC glass and brackets to make this feature more secure. Also the sides of the cages are only held together with two screws which does not give much strength. I made sure to add more screws and glued the sides for added durability. The bottom (not the tray) has nothing to hold it in place, which makes the reliability and durability the cage of the questionable as well. I placed a sheet of wood underneath, glued and screwed it in place for more strength and durability.

My Hamster is living in a mansion
I love the house for the reason that match my Scandinavian/farmhouse decor and my hamster has lots of space. I recommend to add some stairs and bridges to makes things easier for your hamster.

Requesting a full refund
I like the product at first but after having it only a few months the chinchillas destroyed the wood by eating it also ate right through the plastic and escaped not very durable for pets to chew to sharpen their teeth I am very unhappy with this for the amount of money I spent it should have lasted longer if I had the company name the address and phone number I would make a formal complaint and request my money back Denise Goss thank you

Smallllllllllllll and expensive
Wayyyyy smaller than pictured. Only a decent size for a single rat. Not even two, so definitely not for a chinchilla, rabbit or ferret. The wood is thin and can be easily chewed through. Not worth the money. It’s only worth about $30 maybe.

Cheap!
This was wayyyyyyyyyyyy too expensive for something so cheaply made. We have two chinchilla and it took 2 days for them to break it! If I could give it 0 stars I would!
