So far I am loving this trimmer for my art prints. It is much more accurate and neat than the lever type of trimmer. I am thinking I might have preferred a larger size, but that's on me.

I have a 24" wide Sublimation Printer and a 13x19 WF-7720 Epson Printer and needed a way to cut the designs once they came off the roll and out the tray. I ordered and it came quickly. The only issue I had with it was that the screws were not set all the way flush and it was making the sides of the machine warp when sat on a flat surface. Ok! simple fix - loosened the screws and retightened and "Perfect". The ease of the blade, as it slides across, is like BUTTER. This brand is always performs up to the hype so I knew it wouldn't disappoint. I have cut fabric, paper, cardboard, vinyl, cardstock, posterboard, and more types of large-format media. I recommend it for Crafters / Custom Creators or home business owners. It's commercial quality for sure. If I have a lot of work that is going to spill over to the next day I just leave it on the table I use, putting it away I store it in the corner as it stands up easily on its side end. KEEP FINGERS AWAY FROM THE BLADE IT IS VERY SHARP. Not sure if this product comes in the same large format but electric. I will also buy that.

Bought this for my wife. I would give it 5 stars for quality and ease of use but knocked one star off because my wife complained that the cutting smaller strips were difficult to do simply because once you cut a piece less than a 1 1/4 " it is difficult because the clear plastic band stops you from being able to manipulate and cut straight. One feature this unit has that is awesome is the angle marks for making precise cuts.

Works well and keeps everything straight in square. Sturdy and easy to use.

I purchased this cutter because I needed an extremely accurate cutter that would be quick to use. Unfortunately, I have gone back to my mat, metal ruler and knife for important projects. It cuts great, through several pieces. It cuts cleanly. However, it doesn’t cut straight when using the bar at the bottom as a guide. It must be off just a tiny bit. If I use the printed guides lines, I generally get a true cut, but I was hoping for something to speed up my workflow. Also, it screeches horribly when you use it, which I could have dealt with if it cut accurately. I SHOULD HAVE RETURNED IT! Waste of money for my purposes.

I'm an artist and print and pack my own art. For prints larger than 8x10, I used a long ruler and a box cutter to trim my prints. After preparing for a big market and cutting many prints this way, I got tired and finally bit the bullet and got me this trimmer. I searched high and low for the best printer but I got scared of the negative reviews. This one didn't have as many and it was on sale, so I took the risk. I read in the instructions you can adjust the screws that may make the guides misaligned during shipping, which would cause non-squared cuts. After adjusting it, it works like a charm and I can finally use the numbers on the board, and not depend on my registration lines 100% of the time. I still keep those lines, just in case but I'm not as meticulous about it. I've been using it over a year and the blade is still very sharp and the cuts are clean.

As a mixed media artist I tend to build my work onto the paper thus often leading to warping or using heavy gsm papers. This trimmer has made light work of cutting through all of it. Which is very impressive as many others have failed. I find that I can get 100% accuracy in finding where I want to cut and a straight cut every time. Also with the double rotary bar the gig feels solid and does not wobble unlike other single bar trimmers! I couldn’t be happier with this paper trimmer and I would recommend it thoroughly!

This is the best trimmer I have ever purchased, and I have tried many brands that are out there and never been happy. I am a crafter, so I need a good trimmer that I can use on a daily basis. I mainly cut cardstock and I love that the cuts are clean and crisp and bur-free. I know this trimmer is quite expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for and this one is worth every dollar I spent on it.
