Well made and very smart. Compact and stylish. The timer function is pretty basic ie it is simply a function to set the max hours the heater is on, it is not programmable eg a set time each day, unless of course I have failed to read the instructions properly. Notwithstanding an extremely good heater.

Heaters look good, fix to the wall and heat up really quickly. They are well designed and effective. read the manual for easy operation

So I ordered the first one, it arrived in a box with a hole in the side where the plug was located on the inside. Opened the box which looked pre loved and there was a dent in the unit where the plug was situated so decided to return. No problems returning to Amazon who offered to send a replacement.Second unit arrived again box looks tatty but opened it, this time the wifi module does not connect, so returned for a full refund.Its the fiorst time I have had to return a product to Amazon twice. Its a shame as on paper should be a good product. The fact neither unit looked in new condition box wise is a concern I wasn't expecting to have.

Good smartphone integration, well constructed good materials. Subtle (wall mountable bit I haven’t) great if you underfloor heating and it’s slow to catch up on really cold days. Has a timer function (set to 1 hr and medium room is well boosted). Also has a lock for on unit controls..handy for kids. Cool (ish) as in won’t Burn skin. Also has a reminder for fire hazards in front of unit.

The heater looks really smart. It works well and the app is simple to use. I've also set it up on Google Home without any issue.It's only 4 stars because I do not think that the thermostat is very accurate in its temperature reading. Not a big issue however because I know when it reads 14 the temperature is right for me. Whether it is 14 or not however, I do not know.

The heater works well however the ambient temperature sensor is all over the place, most of the times displaying a wrong number ( we also have a thermometer in the room which is always a different value from the one on the heater). This issue can be dealt with by adjusting the temperature at insane values when you want the heater to start and then manually stopping the heater when you're comfortable with the room temperature.The app is good when it works but for us 50% of the time it doesn't. Maybe it's our wireless, ( highly doubt it as all other devices connected work) but I had to reinstall the app and pair the heater several times to get it working. Sometimes it just doesn't want to connect and you're starring at an app asking you to make sure the heater is on and connected which on the heater display it says it is. Other times you get an error message on the app regarding failure to connect, make sure to close the app properly, open it again and if you're lucky you might be able to control the heater from your phone.Overall a good idea but more work needs to be done optimising the sensors and connectivity.We use the heater to boost the temperature up in our baby's room so accurate temperature readings and good connectivity are essential which is why we bought this unit. At the moment I'm slightly disappointed with the purchase but the unit does receive firmware updates through the app so who knows, maybe in the future, the user experience will get better.

Excellent product and so easy to use

it's amazing, just turn it on and after about 30 minutes it's super warm in the house and the control of the app is very convenient
