Brought this to strengthen my left hand after suffering a major stroke, have been working with this almost every day hoping for improvement will know soon if there's any changes, looks strong with quality materials.

This product is fantastic, it is great value for money and i have notice a significant increase in my grip. However, the handheld device makes a clicking sound which makes it hard to use passively.

Good hand strength trainer, comes with different bits for different exercises but the main grip strength trainer is effective. It has a counter on the bottom of the handle to count reps as well.

I mainly brought this for the hand grip one because my left wrist used to get random moments of joints/muscle weakness that left me paralysed for too long. Since I started using this, I can safely say it has gotten better. Others i don't use as much.

Well, the individual finger exerciser feels like cheap plastic and a little jerky. The counter reset on the hand grip is not a one push reset, you need to push and turn the plastic part on the bottom of the handle - If you get to a higher number, it can be a pain to reset each time. Instead of opting for a counter like this, it would be an idea to buy the same thing without a counter that is cheaper.The finger band is not for someone starting rehabilitation; it's very tough, but others may find it okay.The Egg and doughnut are good.For the price, the kit is okay but could be improved. I could have paid less for the same thing, which is annoying.

The hand grip device is of great built quality and it has a counter with a very pleasing click each time a rep Is done. Comes with other equally amazing tools. Very good built, definitely recommend!

Got sent a used product! Such poor quality from this company!:Missing finger stretcherThe finger excerciser (not the missing stretcher) had springs which are on the verge of breakingThe hand gripped was clearly used beforehand and is defective as the counter doesn't work properly to count the reps (can count myself but still I paid for something so I expect good quality products!)Won't be buying again and I will be sending this back to Amazon for a refund! Thanks for poor quality equipment- Amazon sort yourself out and how about make sure the products that you get from suppliers are reliable and in good working order with no missing parts?
