Junk
Like many others I went the cheaper route on my PH meter and ended up with a piece of junk. It would not stay calibrated for more than 1 test and after fiddling with this and re calibrating it about 50 times I could never get a true accurate reading. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more on a better PH meter and don't bother with these cheap POS.

Works
Good little PH meter for all but the commercial grower. Would also work well for the salt water aquarium user. Easy to read and good battery life. Accurate enough for every day use. Comes with calibration solution. Good battery life. My back up for my blue lab meter.

Works Great, but be careful, it is not entirely waterproof.
I've only had this for a few days. I verified the meter is accurate using pH calibration solutions. Super easy to use. However, I had it clipped onto the side of the cup and the clip broke and the meter fell into the water. Water filled inside the meter and it quickly failed and no longer works. This is 100% my fault, but worth mentioning - do not mistakenly drop this in the water (or intentionally for that matter). All in all though, its a great meter so far - I should have been more careful.

Lots of guesswork with this tool
After spending countless hours chasing PH levels and still damaging plants, I bought a more expensive tester to confirm if this tester was accurate.Quite simply, no. It wanders for about 30 seconds or so to settle on a ph number. If you try to manipulate the ph, good luck. Anything could happen.A more accurate one at about $40 settles on a PH number within a few seconds. And, as a bonus, it can repeat the same number unlike this one.I would rather guess the PH of water by looking at it, or tasting it, rather than use this tester. It IS easy to read.

Stopped working
When it was working, it would never stop on a number. I purchased in April and not it just reads 0000.

Not stable or accurate
Straight out of the package, this item could not calibrate properly or maintain a steady reading. After calibration, putting the unit back in the buffer solution would show a pH reading off by more than 1.0, and it would slowly climb up or down the longer it was in the solution. Can't trust a unit that can't even read the buffer correctly!

Meter starts reading high even after calibration, meter poor quality..
This meter starts reading way out of site after its used a few times. I lost several plants because of improper reading.. I calibrated when I got it, wasn't long after that it started reading extremely high, I though it was right, or close, I kelp adding PH up. and water wasn't coming down. So be aware of this, it could cost you some plants.

Don't grow with out one.
This is a must have for gardeners, as well as a tds/ppm pen.
