Most horrid bread experience in any dimension or realm possible!
OH MY GOD This was the most obscure experience in all my years of baking bread! NEVER * ever* EVER* ever *AGAIN* Seller: VERY good delivery and received very quickly. Condition: Perfect, very good, sealed, and good 'use by date' Product itself!!! Texture is HORRID. ABSOLUTELY horrid. We have tried 4 different recipes *TO THE LETTER* and not a SINGLE one came out!! I've spent and now wasted TIME and money. I definitely *cannot* recommend this 'gluten free bread flour'.... it's not fit for human (or any thing) consumption!! Everything was binned!! >.< I really really tried!! We shall have to look into other means for gluten free flours!!

Best GF flour I have found that my baked goods do not come out like a hockey puck. My banana bread came out nice and fluffy like if I use regular flour is a gluten free flour is fantastic. I have made 3 orders so far. I've had no issues healthwise. It's a pretty good price too all the other ones are double or triple the price of this one. I'm going to be the number one customer.
