Great flavor, more "botanical" than a Mexican Coke, delicious stuff...flavors seem more natural.

I was very happy to finally get to taste this cola that I've heard so much about. When I saw how expensive it was I debated whether it was worth it but given the great reviews, I decided to splurge. I love the ingredients in this cola. Fermented ginger root! Pear juice. Sweetened with beet sugar. All very good natural stuff. That is important to me. However, the bottle is smaller than I thought - containing only 9 ounces. Unfortunately, it does not live up to the claim that it has an "exquisite flavor." I found it overall rather bland. I expected a much bigger 'punch' to the flavor, given that it has ginger in it. Overall, there was very little cola flavor. I like that it's not extremely sweet - just right in that way, but it needs a stronger flavor of cola with the bite of real ginger. It lacks both. Given that it doesn't have the flavor that I expected, I feel it is definitely not worth the high price it sells for and will not be repurchasing it.

This is botanical forward for sure. Nice cola start but powerfully botanical medicinal aftertaste. This may cure something. I'm not sure what.

Rarely do I feel compelled to write a review for a product, but this soda was a game changer for me. A delicious and not overly sweet carbonated beverage with a herbal taste that recalls the flavor of bitters without the alcoholic bite. A more subtle flavor and level of sweetness than most colas out there, but every bit refreshing and delicious. A bit pricy albeit probably not much more than you would spend on other craft colas. Fortunately the deliveries so far have been intact, but it is glass bottles so there is always the possibility of breakage with rough handling.

Used to be Fentinans was an absolute bombshell of a soda, a wee bit medicinal with a good, even body. That was over ten years ago. I ordered some and it tastes like medicinal water now. Looking into it, the company seems to be messing with the formula repeatedly to make the soda more cheaply while maintaining the high price to the customer, so you're buying a garbage soda with ever-changing sweeteners and paying for the ghost of a product that no longer exists.

Its soda that you can actually drink workout your pancreas leaping out of your mouth and running for safety. Very mellow flavor, quite delicious.

Good deep, real flavor. I'm diabetic so I tend to stay away from soda, but I really wanted to see what "cola" actually tasted like. It is delicious and the sugar levels in this soda were not "sweet" like most. And just having 1 did not send my glucose through the roof. Really good flavor. If I'm craving some "cola" again in the future, I now know we're I'm getting it.
