Feliz 250 Watt CFL Grow Light 2700K

I am just a horticultural hobbyist so I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on lighting if I wasn't sure it was something I'd really want to pursue. These are good because I can get a 6500K and a 2700k and use the same hood instead of switching out MH/HPS hoods/bulbs. Also, if heat is an issue, these things are cool up to about 5 inches. Perfect for your indoor greenhouse. This is the highest wattage CFL you can buy and I have used it to grow up to four tomato plants at a time. It might better serve the user with 1-3, but it all depends on how big you are working with. Not the densest tomatoes, but I have gotten what I consider to be great yields for my own consumption.

I spent a lot of money on this item and it worked for 2 days before it cracked and broke. I don't recommend these lights.

Awesome coverage! Most color I've ever seen in a fluorescent. Very nice. Also very cheap for what you are getting.

I have used this lamp for supplemental greenhouse lighting as well as indoor gardening. It works incredibly well for both and it's more efficient in the red spectrum than HPS so although the lumen rating is similar it's more efficient on the reds which give you the results you can see. Even when using it as supplemental lighting in the full sun it adds a dose of red that makes an indisputable difference.
