Best quality, best design and best detailed necklace I’ve ever bought this is my fourth named necklace I have bought and first from this company I can assure you that I will only buy from here now. The delivery and the packaging was beautiful aswell. Think I might have to buy myself one now as my one I’ve had for ages looks tired.

I was a bit skeptical about first buying silver not gold and secondly not buying from a jewelers without seeing the product. Well I was told that young girls are liking silver so overruled there and the quality of the product when received put my mind at rest. The only flaw I can see is that it did not come in a nicer presentation box. This would have got the extra star rating.

My granddaughter’s name is unusual so I was very pleased to see the custom necklace. It’s a beautiful item. The letters are a good size and she is going to be very happy with it

Great for the price. Took a while to arrive but only one day longer than the original estimate to be fair. And I suppose they are made to order, especially since mine was not a standard name.

The chain on this necklace was much too short, it's like a choker.

I loved my one of these.. never had no problems but it snapped after a year.. i would buy another one though. Good quality for the price.

Maybe because I had too many letters it slightly feels unstable and able to bend in the middle (10 letters)Arrived really quickly though and happy with it
