LASTED 4 MONTHSI use this for my hobby aquaponic system. I purchased this at the end of Sept and hooked it up in October. I loved it. It was super quiet and provided more than enough air. Four months later in January, I noticed that it was working at less than half its normal output. So, I removed half of the air stones, and now in February it has completely failed. I watched a few tutorials and replaced the diaphragm with the included replacement and all it does is hum.

we have been running this pump 24/7 for 10 months. It never failed. It keeps our 5000 liter water plunge pool pretty clean. We do not add anything else to help the water clean. The water is not crystal clear, just a little murky like a natural healthy pond. Without any pump, after a few weeks we would have algae covering the whole pool, so this pool delivered what we hoped to achieve. The water bubbly air sound upstages the pump noise- we don't hear the mechanical pump noise at all. This was very important for us.

Got this in July 2020. Has not worked for a month, so essentially 8 month life span on a simple device that should have lasted two years, per the warranty. Will be getting in touch with the manufacturer, for $125 bucks, I expect more. Update: Contacted manufacturer via email. Three business days later, still haven't heard from the company. So much for the 2 year warranty. Avoid this one like the plague.

This is the second one in less than 18 months. This lasted 13 months. The one prior to this one lasted 3 months thought it was a defect so replaced it. Used to aerate water in a 55 gallon tank, 28" deep with three very large air stones. Looking for an alternative.

I bought this less than 6 months ago in July 2020. When i did my OSSF (septic) inspection in Jan 2021 this was no bubbling in the aeration chamber. I blew out the air line with a compressor and tried it again, it still did not work. It failed after 3-6 month of use. I am not exactly sure when it failed, but it was working 3 months ago during the October inspection. The Medo it replaced lasted 13 years.

Bought this to replace a septic aerator pump unit that failed due to age. This was easy to put in place and got me up and running in minutes.

was concerned it would push too much air. now i will get a bigger unit and save this one for a back up or additional air supply as i enlarge my usage.

I used this pump to supply air to my home build ventilator. I wish it would have a speed control to regulate the volume of the air being generated. Great product for a good price. Very well made.
