arrived quickly, typical for amazon. initial impressions, heavy sturdy item, with very very strong magnets. I need to use quite a lot of force to pry the echo show 8 off it, for example if I haven't perfectly aligned the base to the magnets. The thing holds the Echo show UPSIDE DOWN without it falling off. Unfortunately the screen doesn't yet auto rotate.MY only gripe with the product is that it tilts forward to flat. I have two options, angle the installation by about 10 degrees, and use the ECHO at 90 degrees to the wall, with the echo ever so slightly angled off the horizontal allowing a good view ofthe room; or to fashioned a slim wedge of wood in between the wall and the item to help it tilt further; ugly, I know, but need to see the whole room. I have 6 shows around the home and use drop in excessively, to check on toddlers and mischief, if any.Once I decide what I do with this, I'll post pictures. Until then, with a return window till the end of January, I'll keep looking for one as sturdy as this thing but more give with regards to forward tilt.Edit: price has not gone up after Brexit from £25.99 to £29.99. I've taken the easier option of just putting it flat against the wall but at a slight tilt. The angle helps tremendously, I can drop in and see the entire room or the corridor if the screen is rotated.The other end of the corridor is covered by Arlo q.

A high quality mount and well designed. Wall-mounting the Echo Show 8 means you can put it at the perfect height for you, rather than the fixed height of a table or shelf that may not be appropriate. Comes with decent looking fixing hardware, though I used my own walllplugs that I know work well. The standoff is big enough that you can rotate your Echo Show to whatever angle you choose, without it banging against the wall. The mounting plate under the Echo Show can be tensioned as much as you like, to enable the Echo Show to either turn freely or to be fixed. The Echo Show fixes to the bracket with strong neodymium magnets, and is held very securely. Highly recommended item.

I've been after some form of wall mount to get my Echo Show off my desk and into a corner behind my monitor for ages.I've even tried 3D printing one but it just wasn't tidy enough.This bracket is perfect. It's solid, the rotating joints are spot on and the magnets could confidently hold way more than the weight of the Echo Show.The only snag is it is way too expensive for what it is!Would I buy it again? Certainly would!Would I confess to management how much I really paid for it? Not a chance!It looses two stars simply because it is too bloody expensive for what it is. Sorry guys

Bought this for my echo show 8. Very sturdy and well made metal construction, looks classy. Easy to fit and holds echo firmly with strong magnets. Rather pricey but you get a good quality product.

Endlich hat unsere Alexa Show 8 den perfekten Platz, und wir können unsere Erinnerungen gemeinsam vom Küchentisch aus anschauen. Nachdem Alexa dauernd umziehen musste, da kein Platz der richtige war ohne Stellfläche wegzunehmen, bin ich endlich fündig geworden.Im ersten Moment hat mich der Preis etwas überlegen lassen, ob es das wert ist…… was soll ich sagen, für mich ist die Halterung jeden Cent wert!!!

E' un ottima soluzione per chi come me vuole liberare un po di spazio sul piano, che sia di lavoro o cucina ( nel mio caso cucina), montato su un pensile , ottimo e resistente, possibilità di ruotare Echo Show come vuoi.I magneti ( non credevo) sono veramente resistenti. Du costaud ! Pratique, les aimants sont puissants et l'Echo Show 8 est très bien en place. Possibilité de régler l'inclinaison. Installé à coté du piano de cuisson, pratique pour suivre une recette ou regarder si bébé dort pendant la popote. Montage sans soucis avec 3 vis dans le mur (comme d'habitude sans les vis ou les cheville d'origine).
