I recommend
Good quality of workmanship and visual. It completely met my expectations. A product worth recommending - money well spent.

One of the Best Mechanical Keyboards
If you're looking for a good mechanical keyboard for gaming, I would highly recommend this one. Not only does it sound nice with its HyperX Linear red switches but the RGB looks fantastic with its bright colours. Although people say that linear switches aren't that efficient for typing, I personally enjoy typing with it as well.

Generally good responsiveness and build quality but keycaps may have a limited lifespan.
I found this to be a decent, relatively affordable gaming/mechanical keyboard. I didn't really care about the RGB effects - most of my useage is actually office work (I like the feel of the mechanical keyboard for typing) so RGB is a distraction mostly, plus the software is a bit weird (presets that you save to the keyboard can't be used till you completely exit the Ngenuity software, which is unintuitive). However, it's nice to be able to see the keys in low light, and also highlight certain keys when gaming, so I actually think it's a better feature than I was expecting. However, my main bugbear is that the keycaps are not great quality. After about 3 years of use they started to break. The cross-shaped (4U or 6U, not sure which it is) mounts started breaking like in the picture and then the keycap is useless, it will just fall off. You would think it was a problem with keys that got mashed a lot whilst playing games (I mostly play CS2, the kids play Minecraft and Geometry Dash, so I guess there is SOME punishment going on). But it wasn't especially - I think the left Ctrl key broke and the F key, and I think a couple of number keys as well, which suggests maybe they are of inconsistent quality. Replacement keycaps from HyperX are quite expensive - you have to buy a whole set, so I bought an aftermarket set for much less money and replaced them all. They aren't the same as the originals but work fine - you should know that any cross-type keycaps can be used with this keyboard so that's a big plus in itself, if they do break or get very dirty or worn, you can replace them, just prise them off and pop the new ones on. I have only docked one star because I still feel this keyboard is decent quality for the money, is responsive and does its job well but you need to be aware that the keycaps perhaps aren't as durable as you might want and will need to be replaced at some point, especially if they come in for a lot of punishment.

Solid and durable
After 6 months of everyday office and entertainment use - this is a very robust and durable keyboard, and definitely can compete with even more expensive peers. Thr responsiveness is perfect for fast typing and gaming. The feel is solid thanks to the aluminum body. Lights are customizable in a lot of different animations. The only thing that could be improved is the software/app. Great product.

Beautiful Keyboard
I've owned this keyboard for 3 years. I bought it in April 2022, it works perfectly as the day I got it - it's received very heavy use - pretty much 8 hours a day full time work for over 3 years - not a single key looks worn - My daughter spilt a cup of water on it - it went into some kind of protection mode and I left it in the sun for 2 hours and again worked perfectly. It's old fashioned craftsmanship, care and quality - I hope it will last for another 20 years and I don't see why it won't - at some point I'm sure I'll change the keys etc.. A fantastic product.

A great purchase
Loving this keyboard very much, best one ive used period. I cant stop wanting to type on it, keycaps feel nice and the i'm super impressed with hyperx reds, i prefer them now over cherry mx reds.

Expensive mechanical keybord, overly sensitive for me. Poor quality control.
I don't like this keyboard much to be honest. I find the keys overly sensitive, it reacts if you so much as glide on it. Given how massively raised they are, this makes gaming actually a lot harder. For many things I use my old cheap logitech that works a lot better and costed a fraction. The software is ok but not great. For the keyboard alone it's alright, but other functions are bugged e.g. mouse control. Last but not least, the first keyboard that was sent to me had a defective button, you could quite clearly see it wasn't assembled correctly and it did not work at all. On this price point it's hard to justify these things. I will definitely replace this keyboard with a different brand in the near future. I do not recommend neither the brand nor the product itself.

El RGB se ve muy bien y además es muy configurable. Los swiches aqua son un gustazo.

Packaging and Delivery: Came a day earlier than expected. Packaging was good. Transportation was also good as there was no sort of damage on the internal or the external packaging. Kudos to Amazon on that! The box contents were: The keyboard The detachable USB Cable User Manual A Warranty Card A Welcome Card from HyperX With that out of the way lets move on to the juicy part! I am using the Hyper X Alloy Origins(Aqua Switches) to the write the review. Keys: I have been using the cherry mx brown switches since I'm not a big fan of the linear red or the clicky blues. And honestly I must admit that the these switches are bit smoother than the mx brown. I don't know what magic HyperX has done but whatever it is I like it. Sound: I like how the keys sound, its music to the ears. I'm disappointed on how the space bar and the backspace sound. Its not that bad but yeah it's like a noise to the music these switches produce. The backspace isn't that bad but there is a lot spring ping sound from the space bar. You'll get used to it I guess. I'll tell you about whether I got used to it or not when I update this review. Apart from the space bar the keys are not obnoxiously loud like the MX blues, no one is gonna complaint about you typing or playing games on this keyboard, but they may complain about the space bar XD Keyboard: The keyboard footprint is slim profile. Minimal Bezels so if you have a tight workspace/gamespace like me, then this keyboard is gonna be a big fit. I have the full layout version, the TKL will save you even more space. There is a 65% version of this keyboard out there but unfortunately not in India. The keyboard has two inclination legs. Do you need a wrist rest? Not really unless you type for long hours. But even so they keycaps are not that high so as to make buying a wrist rest mandatory. The keyboard is adequately heavy giving it the premium feel. There is no flex when in the normal or any of the two inclination angles. The USB cable exits from the right and there are no other routing options so keep that in mind. Keycaps: So far the keycaps have not picked up any oil or fingerprint. The texture is smooth and soft to touch. Only time will tell how these hold up, but even so I'm guessing it will last a long time before you have to actually replace them. RGB(Everyone's favorite topic I guess, well almost everyone): Per-Key RGB with the option to customize however you want. There are three levels of brightness excluding the off option. The lights are bright as you can see in the image when compared to the full brightness on my laptop keyboard. The light shines through the FN options as well so you dont have to worry about that being a problem at night. There are three presets available on this keyboard which you can customize any way you want. The Ngenuity software: So the reviews on Youtube state that you need to keep the software running in order to keep your lighting setting running, since then HyperX has updated their software. Yes it is still only available on the Microsoft store, but the days where you had to keep the software running to light the keyboard the way you want are long gone. You can customize your keyboard whatever way you want and then the software has an option to save to keyboard which as it says allows you to save your profiles to the keyboard. Once its saved you can exit out of the software and the lighting you chose will still work. As a matter of fact the purple color shown in the images doesn't have the software running in the background. Gaming: I only played Destiny 2 with this just for 10 mins and I enjoyed it. The switches are not gonna be a bother to you in any way. Conclusion: Its a great keyboard and if you can find it on sale like I did for 7300 Rs. Its a steal. If you are new to mechanical keyboards and wants to try one, if you have the money I would definitely recommend this over any other in the this price segment. Though this keyboard does have a rival of sorts (Keychron K2 V2), it also comes for the same price tag of around 7200Rs and its wireless (can be used as wired too). It has its own use cases depending on what you use it for(mac users are gonna love that thing). I'll update this review as time passes or I find some cons. As for now I cant really find any cons So yeah thats my review for the HyperX Alloy Origins (Aqua Switches). If you found it useful, consider leaving a like. TYPE Awayyyyyyyyyyyy

Great keyboard. Been so happy since I got it. Not the quietest. Great tactile typing feel. Windows app very good too. Configurations can be saved to the keyboard itself.
