Biena Aroma B makes up to 26 gallons. For Soft cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, cultured butter, fermemted buttermilk and fresh cheeses. Also great for goat-milk cheeses, Havarti, Baby Swiss, Gouda, Edam, Blue and other cheeses. This is a food based product that should be refrigerated when received. Great for buttermilk!
Product is excellent for making buttermilk. 1 tsp to 1 qt of milk in a glass jar, leave out for a day or so (depending on ambient temps). I also use ~1/4 of a fresh batch to make 3 more batches before starting all over again with another tsp of culture.

Fast, good
Used to make quark; 3 batches with regular 2 percent and fat free. All perfect. I keep in freezer. Several more batches left @ 1/2,gallon each. Came quickly
