the plastic is very weak. cutting a few small items, and the plastic broke off. i hope none of the pieces went into my foodwhen i emailed them about this, they said it was my fault. i told them i used it to their instructions. but then they also said "But we really don't have spare accessories. If we have accessories, we will spare no effort to deliver them to you."their emails were rude, and they would not help replace the plastic piece. even though i said i used it according to their instructions, and that the plastic was dangerous now, as sharp pieces can be in my food.not the quality of product i would expect in the U.S. not the quality of customer service i would expect in the U.S.

So far used for French fries. Main reason I bought this. And the incredible savings. So far chops my potatoes into fries with little effort. So far I recommend this.

Before I used it I took it apart to wash and learned the the top of the chopper is nearly impossible to remove from the base. As I continued to examine the rest of the pieces, I could see that several of the holders, as well as the lid, did not fit tightly on the container. I never even completed the washing before I [packed it back up. It's junk. I have an older one that was half the price and twice as good. Buyer beware.

Do NOT purchase this item. Plastic teeth chipped off the chopper and into the food on the first use! Poorly constructed. Don't waste your hard earned money!

Was super excited to get this in the mail. I have been wanting one. I used it to chop onions and the small dicer broke :(

A book with instructions would be be helpful with this item. Don't know how to use a few of the cutters. But other then that it a really great item, very helpful on the kitchen!
