How I can change the battery? Not sure where to open it. Thanks

On the top (where the light is) you'll see a thin piece of the frame that extends to the top on both sides.Push those in lightly and the top comes off. Now turn the open end toward your palm and shake lightly till battery comes out. It's a 9volt in the back. Do all this carefully not using much force. This should do it.

Is the battery chargeable inside the flashlight? Is there a micro usb port?

Yes, the battery is rechargeable inside the case and does not to be removed. There is a usb port for charging devices and a micro usb port for recharging the battery.

how many lumens does it put out at lowest setting?

It's pretty bright. I didn't want to put off others trying to keep their night vision intact. I wound up ordering the" Princeton Tec Byte Tactical Headlamp". It costs a little less and I found it to be just bright enough to see what you're doing. It uses AAA batteries and they last quite a long time. If you're worried about using disposable batteries, I ordered "Deleepow AAA Rechargeable Batteries,USB 1.5V Lithium Rechargeable Batteries, 1000mWh AAA Battery,1 H Quick Charge,1200 Cycle with 2 in 1 Micro USB Charging Cable". The combination is a little more expensive up front but I think the investment was worth it. I already own the Celestron light and it has it's uses. ( use mine to keep an extra set of the rechargeable AA batteries fresh. ) Over all I'm happy with the setup I have. I hope I've helped you is some small way.

is it possible to remove red filter and use it as a regular flashlight?

There isn't a red filter. The PowerTank Glow 5000 is a red LED flashlight.
