Ambrane 18W 3A Charger (Qualcomm Certified) with Quick Charge 3.0 + Free Micro USB Cable (AQC-56, Black)

This is a pretty good charger. The last one I bought was a Chinese fast charger which didn't even last 1 month. This has been working as expected since a month now. And it is a good brand so I don't have to worry about claiming warranties.Quickcharge works as expected. Phone connects in normal mode and after the handshake it starts fast charging. Have no issues. There is a slight noise (if you listen carefully in a silent room) when it is in fast charging mode but that is expected from the coil.Build quality is good. Port quality is good. Included cable is USB-microB, I found a use for it but it is an old standard they should start bundling USB-C cables. No complaints till now.

Glad to see a "Make in India" product.The build quality and finish is okay but could be more strongly made. I'm giving it 4 stars.Tested it with QC3 & QC2 devices & powerbanks...fastcharging works well.I actually bought this to power a Rapsberry Pi 4 to use as a PiHole & SteamLink device. I tried a generic supply (which worked fine for older Pi models) wasn't providing enough power. Specifically, this new supply is supposed to be rated at 3A. I haven't measured it, but I do know the Pi UI isn't flashing the "lightning bolt" symbol which indicates low power.Only used it for 2 days, but so far, so good. Only day 3, but so far so good. Will update soon if I find any results faults.Update (January 2021) Works well enough with all devices that support fast charging. I have 4 of these. Never had any problems.

The charger is very compact and light weight.Does it's work pretty good, but heats up very quickly.Works best when placed directly under a ceiling fan or in front of a table fan, with the help of an extension cord.

I primarily purchased this Ambrane 18W QC3 charger @Rs530 from Amazon for charging my Mi PowerBank 3i (18W). I felt that the seal of the packaging was kind of tampered or refurbished.Nevertheless I went on with using the charger.The charger worked fine for 7days initially then on the 8th day it started getting extremely hot to touch when charging and started producing a low pitched hissing sound. I picked up my powerbank and heard a hissing sound from that too. The charger was taking longer (10hrs) than the normal 7-8hrs to charge my powerbank.I immediately stopped charging with this charger.I read few other critical reviews here later, to see that many have faced the same problems and that the charger has problems with current leak. Don't know how this charger has got BIS certification.The 6 months warranty is a total bluff and your have to courier the charger to Ambrane service which will be then subjected to further verification.Total waste of money. I have now ordered the Mi Sonic Charger 2 (33W) from Mi store.

I used this charger with Mi mobile phones and charging was quick. I liked the product but it worked only for 9 months and then it stopped working. However it was fine to charge my phone during 9 months without any problem.

Most reasonably prices 18W charger. Using it for my K20 Pro and working flawlessly...cable that came with it is of high quality and at times when fan is switched off and its humid, it gets hot intermittently, although most of the times it is fine. Now I am using it to charge my Penible Quick Charge Powerbank and its awesome.... Happy with the product, a must buy

I was looking for a universal 9v2a charger (not just QC 3.0). I tried some other products but they didn't work for me. Finally I found this charger and it works absolutely fine. The quality is decent. Price seems fair. I wouldn't had mind if there was a no-cable option with it because this has micro usb cable but i wanted a type-c cable. And i am not sure why there is almost Rs.150 difference between the two colours of this product.

Got this Ambrane 18W charger for Rs. 299.It charges my all devices that supports 18W but go only if you are unable to buy other charger because when we charge by Ambrane charger there is a sparkling sound by the charger when charging.And will overheat in some time.So don't use it continuously.It is for normal usage only.Also Boat 18W charger is good to purchase in Rs.349 - 399 than Ambrane and Mi at Rs.449 - 599 for high usage without any problem in future. ( purchase Ambrane in ₹249/300 only. If price is more, go for Boat/ Mi )Free - Ambrane/Boat give charging cable with the charger.Overall quality - Mi #1 Boat #2 Ambrane #3 for chargersI used all of these 3 chargers.
