Heavy weightlifting chains are a great addition to your workout and we've found they have numerous uses. We offer chain sets in 1/2", 5/8", & 3/4" diameter chains that are 5' in length. Two heavy chains are included in the set, as well as 2 pieces of smaller chain at 6' each and 2 links to connect the chain to your bar. 1/2" Chain Sets: 31 Lbs 5/8" Chain Sets: 45 Lbs 3/4" Chain Sets: 54 Lbs Our heavy weightlifting chains are great for progressive chain lifting work-outs when attached to a barbell. Add the heavy chain on each side with our smaller diameter chain and quick links. This allows you to add on one chain or multiple chains, depending on the work-out you are looking for. Also add on plates to the barbell if you are looking to add in more weight. We also offer chain that is covered with a heavy duty nylon fabric, allowing you to also wear the chain for added resistance. This is great for so many different work-outs, from ring-dips, pull-ups, weighted sit-ups, squats, lunges and rope climbing. Our covered weight lifting chains are a unique product that we've developed after working with CrossFit trainers to develop a new product to give great work-out results. Initially we started with the traditional back squats and bench presses that heavy weight lifting chains are typically used with. However, we took it a step further and covered the chain with a heavy-duty nylon fabric in the center, known as chafe gear. The chafe gear protects your skin when wearing the chain so the links of the chain won't pinch or get caught on your skin. From there, we had an amazing time developing new ways to use the chain as a wearable accessory, and truly the limit is your imagination. A few ways that we used the chain was for weighted regular pull-ups & V pull-ups, squats, lunges, ring-dips, rope climbs, weighted sit-ups and the list goes on.
