Best Decaf I've Ever Had
Wow, this truly is a great decaf. It has the same notes that come from a much more caffeinated cup of coffee. This should be a definite, 'add to my list' decaf if you're looking for such a robust coffee. Really hard to believe this is decaf!

Hazelnut is delicious - package doesn't seal
The decaf hazelnut is delicious - shocking good coffee for amazon. I am really impressed. The vanilla flavor on the other hand was not good at all. Fine for some, I'm sure, nothing objectively wrong with it, it was just very artificial tasting. Not for me AT ALL.That's all subjective - but the bummer that made it lose a star is that the package doesn't seal easily. Such a pain, and an easy way to lose freshness.

Best roasted decaf coffee I have ever had
The best coffee I have ever had was in Mumbai where a South Indian family roasted green coffee beans on the spot, ground them immediately and made coffee right away This coffee is about as close as to that that I have ever had in the 82 years of my life. I am allergic to strong coffee. It seriously affects my digestive system. Even the decaf coffees in US restaurants do that. This coffee is laid out in the rain and sun and it must take out some of the harsher components of the bean.Although it comes from Kerala India, I was there recently. and could not find it anywhere because it is all exported to other countries or to fancy restaurants in India.I like the light to medium roast. The flavor is rich but without the bitterness. I take it with coconut creamer and it is delightful. I like that the decaffeination process uses the Swiss water process so there is no methylene chloride residue.Don' think about it twice. Buy it. You won't regret it if you have trouble with coffee you get in restaurants.

FRC's best decaf is Mexican Swiss Water Decaf
I've tried many of the FRC decafs to find the right one. Many are underwhelming. The Ethiopian Sidamo is excellent but the grind is finicky. But the best all-around roast is their Mexican Swiss Water decaf. Stunning in a pour-over, rich in a short Aeropress shot. You can give the Mexican decaf to anyone who likes coffee and they will be impressed with the flavor. The 5lb bag is always the best value from FRC -- buy it and freeze the beans in quart-size bags to preserve the flavor. The FRC value isn't even fair when you compare it to what some premium brands charge for water-processed decaf.

Great coffee and yes it's decaf
I am a avid coffee drinker that had to switch to decaf for health reasons. I loved the Peruvian whole bean caffeinated by this same bean roaster so I tried the decaffeinated Peruvian whole bean and love the taste as much as the caffeinated....tho I do miss the buzz. I still look forward to my 3 cups of morning Joe. Glad I found this company and their quality coffees.

100% Flavor-LESS.
When I make my coffee, I always froth the cream, first; and with it being thick, it can take a few sips before coffee comes through. Usually, the cream is rather decadent — and once the flavor of the coffee comes through, it amps up the decadence.I am on my first cup of this coffee; I received my package in the mail, this morning.I prepared by my French press, as someone said this specific coffee worked well in such, and that is my go-to method of preparation. There wasn’t much of a smell when I opened the bag. Which, I found rather disappointingWith first sips, my cream tasted watered down. I was a bit confused, as I didn’t do anything different.I didn’t taste really any deliberate coffee-flavor coming through.I took a few more sips, to see if I was only drinking cream..Nope.Drinking the coffee and the cream.Took a bigger drink..Definitely tasted like watered down coffee and bland cream. And to think I was concerned I used too much coffee grounds.Obviously, with this kind of product, there are no returns.I am waiting to see if I have any sort of allergic reaction to this coffee; so, I knew there was a risk with this purchase, regardless. If I do not have an allergic reaction, I’ll attempt to remake the coffee, and see how much I’ll need to use to get a decent cup of coffee, with flavor..I mean, at this point, I’m out the money, anyways — so, I might as well do whatever with it.If I can’t manage to get even some semblance of decent tasting coffee out of this, with excessive use of grounds, I intend to slowly mix this coffee in with my future decaf coffee purchases — as it’s most certainly not gonna affect the flavor, in the slightest.Bummer much of the most flavorful coffee causes allergic reactions, in me.Oh well. I’m keeping the faith I’ll find something that’s flavorful and allows me to drink it, without issues.EDIT:Coffee upset my stomach, quite a bit. I know it was due this coffee, specifically, as I didn’t do anything else differently, except this coffee; and I haven’t had an upset stomach like this, in a good while. In the trash bin it goes.2ND EDIT:I ended up giving my mother the coffee, instead of throwing it away. Simply because I wasn’t impressed doesn’t mean others won’t find it enjoyable.I don’t think she has made a cup, yet. Though, she said she thought it smelled really good, when she opened the bag.To which, I didn’t find the smell unpleasant. It, simply, wasn’t as strong as I would have preferred.
