Impressive!
This does more than meets the eye and you get a lot for your money here. There leaves a lot to be desired though when it comes to the instructions and and some things should be made more clearer. It would be amazing if a more comprehensive set of instructions and some technical implementation details made available on a website somewhere?I have had a brief look but cannot find more item spefific detail anywhere? One thing that deserves clarification in my opinion is that you cannot use many of the features simultaneously without getting a 2nd, or you can have some nights with it it in 'auto ecg' mode on the chest and others with it on the wrist so it can measure spO2 and sleep better. The PPG sensor that measures spO2, pulse and even gives quite an accurate estimate of blood pressure is great! If anyone has any links or further info on the product that would be great! HRV is great, but it is unclear how it is calculated and over what time period. But for baselining purposes it gives a good idea on your heath...Heart Rate Variation is something everyone should pay attention to, its not all about low blood pressure and pulse < 100. I'm no doctor though!

It is not very accurate and the app you use is bad
It is not very accurate and the app you use is bad.The ECG didn't work properly with the chest band. you need to use the sticky pads. This is ok for a one off but for regular use it will cost a fortune as they are one use only. The app is very badly written and wants access to all your phone and its features.I uninstalled and returned the watch.

Great device but battery life is short
This Apulla has great features and is a real boon, but the instructiuons are almost illegible and battery life is two days max! I have no clear idea how to use the pads for the chest band???!!! Better instructions and battery life this would be a game changer. Useful for fairly accurate ECG as well.

Ecg watch
Good value. Works well. Shame it doesn't do ecg without prompting and from the watch over night, as you need to fit chest strap. Easy for me to use but not so for my dad who isn't very tech savvy.Great delivery time

Does everything a £30 watch does.
Some of the features don't work. But more importantly, it's not as flush to the wrist as I would have hoped, and it doesn't do anything more than a much cheaper watch does. Shop around and find value for your money.

Good value for money
Now had this tracker for 6 months, been in use everyday, found the battery life better than a lot of other units i have tried. Compared the spo and heart rate with oximeter and are comparable in accuracy. The tracker is a little bulky on the wrist and getting it to sit comfortably can be challenging.Overall i would recommend the tracker for everyday use. Having the chest strap attachment is extra bonus and makes it good value for money

Stopped charging after 1 month -avoid
Seems to track data well & reasonably accurate. Issue is the app keeps losing connection while the phone BT is still connected. This is irritating. Please sort out the app issues.Update 1 month in it has stopped charging so is now useless. Cannot recommend.

Overall good product, and good customer support
I am happy with the product, it does what its supposed to do, and I have been using it for almost a year.Unfortunately, the battery degraded in the last month, but customer support helped and a new one is promised to be on its way.
