This petticoat is so stinkin cute. I'm plus size and the waist actually stretched to fit however the 2nd ruffle kind of rode up in an unflattering way so definietly go by their measurements. Also, there is a small plastic sleeve where the ring connects to itself on each layer and the metal ring kept slipping out and coming undone. A dab of glue and it's an easy fix though.
