Updated, bad news... New Update, more bad news
The media could not be loaded. Just recieved it and did an unboxing video. Noticed it came with two scratches. Going to reach out to Amazon and then the manufacturer to see how thier customer service will handle it. I will update this review with thier feedback oroduct testing and installation experience. Will also create videos for that as well.So far aside for the scratches the finish overall looks nice. It feels a little light, but i guess I technology just keeps getting lighter lol.Update 1:Spoke to Amazon and they are sending me out a replacement. Still seems like shipping have been long. Waited 6 days for first product and now waiting another 4 for the replacement. Not happy about that.Update 2:I installed the radio and ran into a few of issues.1 - Bluetooth does not appear to have the option to pair with anything but a phone. Being that it is an Android device it should be able to pair with anything. Keyboard ob2 or any other Bluetooth accessories. I believe it is capable but is perhaps prevented by manufacturer for some reason. I reached out and am waiting to hear back.2- Reverse camera looks bad and parking lines are way off. I could not find how to adjust the lines but they did have settings for the image. Didn't bother trying to fix that. The image is also stretched vertically which looks bad. They should have contrained the aspect ratio when scaling to the display. That said, if the lines are not adjustable then i would have to say it doesn't work with the factory reverse camera. The extreme that they are off you are better not having them at all. I hope the manufacturer can help with this.3- Netflix is not available in the app store. Not sure if its because of the version of Android. This I am sure could be a deal breaker for some. I will talk to manufacturer about this aswell. Hulu YouTube and Amazon was available.4- No force night mode setting for google maps. This also may be related to the version of android. I prefer dark themed navigations even in the daytime. Wayz app has night mode.5- I could not get andriod auto to work with factory usbs. The extra usb it comes with however did work for Android auto. This would be a big deal if the point of this radio was not to connect your phone. I will also add that android auto is stretched/distorted if you did using it. I googled this and read that the manufacturer has to set certain things up so that android auto will properly scale with the display.6- this was the kicker that made me have to reinstall the factory radio immediately... It wouldn't shut off when you turned off the Jeep!!! Infact it prevented the Jeep from turning off so even the gauge cluster and shift indicators remained lit. I waited 30minutes after turning the Jeep off and decided to just remove it. Everything turns off as it should now that the factory radio is back in. I am hoping the replacement radio resolves this issue, if not I will have to rate the radio 1 star. The good:- Works with dual climate control- was able to download apps- used google earth and it ran reasonably smooth.- I think the UI compliments the Jeep well.- Audio sounds good and there are loads of tweaking options- nice loader image with an option to customize- factory usbs work for chargingI cannot speak to call quality as I removed the radio before getting that far. Truly a shame about that. Will update once new radio arrives.Update 3:Spoke to Manufacture about the issues I was having above and this was the response.1- Bluetooth is just for phone connection and nothing else. They told me that if I want to be able to connect other Bluetooth accessories that their radio is not for me. I then spoke with Insane Audio about the same thing and they said I can connect any accessory that I want, that is what the Bluetooth is for so I already ordered their product and will be returning my replacement of this head unit.2- Reverse camera issue was by design, based on consumer feedback. Not sure how that could be true, it is unusable in its current setup. Also you cannot adjust the lines.6 - Unit not turning off. This is a bug that they are aware of which is associated to Jeeps that don't have their doors on. They said that they are currently in development for a fix. My jeep has no doors and don't plan on putting them on any time soon so this pretty much sealed the deal that their head unit is not the one for me. I spoke to Insane Audio, curious if they are having a similar bug and they assured me that I can drive with no doors with no problems and that is how I like to role. Conclusion:Nice looking head unit. If you don't need it to do much more than a factory radio and don't mind the reverse camera issue then you can save some money going this route. I am sure they will eventually resolve the door problem and probably come to their senses when it comes to the reverse camera so if you want to save some money its not a bad option. For me its not worth the savings

It works but when door come off the unit remains on
I bought it at different retail shop around the same price as listed on amazon. Had some difficulty with wiring diagram but after some googling found the install guide and finished the setup in less than 15 mins. So far no complaints except for you don't have much control for climate control system. Aside from that everything works as described in the manual. 3rd day and it works!

Don't buy this.
Bad product. Plegged with issues and bugs.and cheaply made. Linkswell technical support is not the best. Been dealing with them for a week now. I am ready to put the original radio back in
