Emma Y Luxury V-Neck Prom Gowns Party Dresses Chiffon Long 2014

My original dress did not end up working out, so I was in a pinch about two weeks before prom. This product says it ships within 3-5 weeks, so I contacted the seller and asked if there was anyway I could rush the process a bit, willing to pay them extra and to pay for faster shipping. They told me it was fine and they would deliver the dress early, the only thing they wanted me to do was leave them a review here and it would not cost me extra, and sure enough the dress arrived the day before my prom. That's just amazing customer service. We exchanged several emails (the first thing they email you about is your measurements, as the dress is custom made), and every one was polite and helpful. I really enjoyed the level of interaction this company has with it's customers.The dress itself is very well made and looks exactly like the picture, no surprises there. There is a train, as you see in the picture, so I did have to beg a tailor to speed hem it for me so I could dance, but I knew I would have to do that going in and it was fine. The rest of it fit perfectly, as it was custom, and I needed no other alterations. The only thing is that I sized up slightly in the waist, as they recommended, and as I wore it straight out of the box I wish I didn't add the extra inch or two, but hey at least it was comfortable. If ordering again I would give my exact measurements (and I would definitely order again from this company).All in all I highly recommend ordering from this company, I still cannot believe they sent it to me a week early at no charge, and the product was still very well made even with the rush.

The picture does not accurately depict a long train and this one is long! From the picture, it looks like the dress puddles in the back. But, this is equivalent to a chapel train. No girl at a prom would be able to walk around amidst a lot of people, much less dance on a dance floor with this. We will be altering, which is an added expense we wanted to avoid. Other than that, the dress is beautiful.

I really like this dress, but there are some things that I would definitely consider before buying it: the back is not the same on the picture as it is in real life, it's a corset back which is fine but I was expecting a zipper; the train is not that long, at least it wasn't for me; the beading looks cheap, it doesn't look bad, just cheap, kind of like the bedazzling kits I had when I was little; the chest doesn't sit exactly right but that's because I've lost weight. Those are the things I can live with, there are two things that really made this dress difficult for me to like as time passed, the first is that I had to pay for the dress twice, and it was about a hundred dollars each time, the second was that I didn't get it until a month after I bought it, the first time anyway, which was literally the day before prom which was NOT OKAY! They were very helpful, the seller refunded half my shipping but I am still out an entire paycheck because amazon messed up. I don't recommend buying this dress because it's an old model and it's not necessarily in stock anymore. Just my advice, and if you're a teenager like me that doesn't really have the money to waste because things go wrong, I strongly suggest taking my advice.Edit: I wore the dress and the straps were falling off, which is not the biggest of deals but the fact that I sent in measurements and it was still big on me was frustrating. Not to mention that each dress they make is different; from every picture I've seen the beading gets a little different as it goes along which isn't horrible if the customer is happy but I just wanted to know what to expect.

I ordered the dress and was contacted a few hours later asking for measurements.Sent measurements in and then started the wait.When the dress arrived I tried it on and was completely blown away.You always have that worry when ordering things online,especially clothing but the dress fit like a glove and the color just as beautiful as the picture.Amazing seller.

Pleasantly surprised for an overseas internet order. I gave them my measurements and the dress came on time. It wasn't EXACTLY like the pic, but pretty close. The dress was much too large, but I didnt really care - better too big than too little! I brought it to my seamstress. The cost of this dress plus alterations was still way less than going to a prom store, so I am satisfied.

Absolutely gorgeous dress! The fit & the price are perfect! I couldn't be more pleased. Delivery was practically a month sooner than expected and the dress is quality! No surprises here! The color is almost an exact match to what is pictured! The beading is beautiful and elegant and the train of the dress flows nicely when I walk. I looked amazing at prom in it and I will definitely be ordering dresses from you again! Pricing and quality are both great! After weeks of trying to find the perfect dress for senior prom, my daughter decides this is the one. The estimated delivery was 2 weeks after prom, but Emma assured me we would receive it 2 days before the big day. Not only did we receive it 6 days before, but it fit perfectly and looked more beautiful in person!

They also tailored the dress at no cost and fits like a glove. The dress look beautiful, good quality and materials. Very pleased with the experience and great customer service.
