Yoga Swing - Yogena Inversion Sling (White)

Excellent quality and design, it looks and feels good, it isn't bulky and I love that you can easily take it anywhere in its small bag. It has a padding on one of the sides that makes it feel very comfortable. The color is not white but lavanda. I use it for stretching my back and arms mostly and that works very well. But I don't really stay up there for hours or do my yoga session on it, as I can only hang up there or be upside down for that much time and the flow is very different. To me the sling and the mat compliment each other very nicely, I enjoy the inversion experience very much.

Very satisfied with my sling. Can also be used for suspension training. It came with an instruction manual with some basic exercises and set up instructions. Excellent quality. Comes with 4 steel carabiners. Very well built. I also gifted one to my friend who is a marine. He is so impressed by it that he recommended some of his fellow marines to buy one since they train a lot and need to decompress their spine on a regular basis. This is a much better alternative to inversion tables. I used to run marathons and had been using inversion tables to decompress my spine. But this is 100 times better than inversion tables. Its portability makes it easy to use anywhere. I have also suspended it from tree branches, monkey bars etc. Yogena International also launched this sling on Kickstarter.
