Should of bought these years ago
Hello Amazonies,Today I am going to spread the word, about my wonderful purchase of my new Pyrex dishes.It is a fact (that I put to the test) cooking anything in the oven, cooks more evenly due to better heat distribution when using a Pyrex dish (ovenproof dish made of glass. WOW, They were delivered extremely well wrapped, thank god....The 2 different sizes 35cm x 23cm and 40cm x 27cm could for example do the following, the larger one could hold a very large chicken with all the trimmings, the smaller one a nice joint of beef/lamb etc.They are not just great for lasagne but anything you need to cook from chips to apple strudel. They are dish washer safe and very pleasing on the eye. I have come to realize that you will never get the loss of non-stick surfaces due to wear and tear using these or the problems of rustiness due to soaking tin pans etc.Give it a go, I bet you will never go back to tin/medal oven wear again.
