Q: Is this the correct price for one.....12.63 ???????? clairol balsam permanent hair color, 608 light brown

Do not buy this product......I bought three of these and even after mixing the color and the developer it was runny like water and the color it turned out to be when mixed was something I've never seen before in a hair color. Do not waste your money on this product.

Q: What's the difference between dark brown and darkest brown? About how many shades darker?

Thank you for contacting Clairol! Darkest Brown is one shade lighter from Neutral Black which is the darkest shade in Balsam. The one just below Darkest Brown is Medium Golden Brown, which will be warmer than Darkest Brown.

Q: I am looking a champange color in blonde

I use 599 Clairol. It gives a hint of champagne more than 600.

Q: how old is this product? Because I can't find it anywhere in the stores. Just wondering if it is not being made anymore and this is what's left.
