This bottle looks great and is easy to drink from as a male, but it might be a bit annoying to drink from if you're not a bigger or of average strength.The cap is a bit loud when you put it back on top. Very sturdy feeling handle so far.

Due to a medical condition, I try to avoid plastic products so I bought this for my water bottle at work. It is a little heavy when full when I’m also carrying my book bag and lunch bag, but I’m small (115 lbs) and it’s manageable.The carrying case protected it all last year. Then I forgot the case on the first day of work this year (teacher) and I carried it by the metal top and the adhesive just gave out and it dropped and shattered in the parking lot. I did use the dishwasher for the top and glass bottle for an entire year before it gave out. I think that loosened the adhesive in the top. But I gave it 4 stars because I’m pretty hard on stuff and I’m impressed that I didn’t break it sooner and I used it every weekday for a year in a high school classroom.It will leak id you don’t close the lid tightly.

Love this glass bottle. I use it for my water. I especially love the handle. I’ve bought two other of these but with no handle. And trust me you need the handle. This one has lasted me longer than the other two because the handle helps, especially when your clumsy like me.

I use this bottle daily, for my 12 hour shifts I fill with reverse osmosis water from home and bring to work with a lemon or other fruit so I can fill it 2 more times and stomach the nasty city water at work. It’s never leaked rolling around in my car, because obviously it doesn’t fit a cup holder. I only carry it by the handle of the sleeve or handle of the lid going to and from my car and so far those things have held up fine for me unlike other reviewers. I’ve never dropped it but I have knocked it quite hard with no breakage. The strainer is wonderful to cover the wide mouth and keep whatever you put in it for flavoring from coming into your mouth. I don’t wash it every day but do rinse the fruit residue out in the morning before work with no problems. once I forgot and left it untouched with fruit in it a couple days on my days off without washing and the strainer did grow some mold but the glass was fine and metal of the strainer easily washed. Overall it’s a perfect water bottle for long periods away from home.

The lid came un glued and I had to gorilla glue it back together, not long after I bought it.

The bottle is fine for water or juice, it's just that the chrome cover with the handle on the one I purchased, came apart.

At first this was the perfect water bottle for me. Large volume was great and beautiful design. My use is mostly bringing to work where it sits on a counter upright.After a while I threw it in a bag for another use and it was leaking. I liked the water bottle still but only used it upright.One day when drying off bottle after filling the silver part of the lid popped off. Luckily I caught the glass bottle or we would have had glass and water everywhere. With the silver part of the lid off it became apparent there was a crack in the lid which was of course the source of the leak.I wish there was a way to get a lid replacement because I do really like the bottle.

DO NOT Lift from the lid “handle”. The threads on the bottle are not deep enough to grab the threads on the lid causing it to not close properly and pull right off. This also allows it to leak. I bought this bottle for the closing lid aspect, but it just does not work. And it’s a 64 oz bottle when filled to the bottom of the neck not a 50oz.

It is the size I was looking forward to.

Pros: large, water tastes good, comes with brush for an easy cleanCons:- very wide mouth - You have to drink slowly or else you will spill water all over yourself.- I dropped the bottle from 1ft high while in the sleeve and it instantly shattered. I have another glass bottle in a rubber sleeve and it has survived much worse.

I have been so delighted with this bottle. My stainless steel ones were giving me a foul taste after a while but with this one there is nothing but goodness! No foul taste from the bottle at all which is great. I love the little mesh piece for when I have ice :) It's easy to clean and of good quality. The sleeve smells a bit but the bottle is smell free. The cap has been good, and have not broken it. If you use it properly you should have no problems with it breaking... It made of glass so of course if you drop it, it could break... my solution.. I don't drop it or handle it roughly lol.
